Enjoy this all-inclusive private resort outfitted with 2 patios, 3 grills, an outdoor shower, pool and hot tub. The coveted white sand "Tiki Village" boasts seven outdoor bar areas that light up at night with surround sound. Jump start your vacation in this true mini paradise.

The Space:
Get ready to escape to your own personal oasis. Our expansive 2,000 square foot home sits on a 0.5 acre lot filled with one of the most incredible Tiki themed backyards you'll ever see. Lounge around in our hot tub, take an outdoor shower under the stars, and enjoy some music at our tiki bar area. If that's not enough, we also have a fabulous detached "Media Hut" where you can relax in style with a 75" TV screen, pro sound system, Xbox, board games, and bar.

The backyard includes a Tiki Village, with seven bars, professional sound system, karaoke, cornhole, fire pits, and a s'mores station. It's truly one-of-a-kind. When you're ready to unwind, we have two cozy swings and a dining area that easily seats six, perfect for enjoying a meal with loved ones.

Inside you'll have three bedrooms, two kings and one queen sized beds, an extra large kitchen and a Florida room equipped with a 60" TV and surround sound system. The garage has a billiards table so you can challenge friends and family who claim they are pool sharks..

Families of all sizes are welcome (pack 'n play crib available for use). Small pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis so please inquire!

You have access to our entire home!

The Neighborhood:
The Holley By The Sea community is as laid back as it comes. Don't be surprised to find kids playing in the street and folks driving around in golf carts playing music. You are drivable distance to three, top-rated beaches on the Panhandle! 15 minutes to Navarre Beach, 25 minutes to Pensacola beach and 45 minutes to the Destin Beach.

You'll also be conveniently located between Pensacola and Destin airports, both 30-40 minute drives away from our home.

PETS:
Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please inquire before bringing your fur child!

PARKING:
Please refrain from parking on the grass in the front of the property or on the street, as this is not permitted under our HOA regulations. Please make use of the designated parking areas, either on the side of the home within the gate or in the driveway. Again - NO STREET PARKING allowed **

HOT TUB:
Before using the hot tub, please review the instructions on the card located next to it for proper lid removal. Also, please take a moment to review the hot tub rules and guidelines listed on the same instruction sheet, which is conveniently stapled to the hot tub for easy access.

GRILLS AND FIRE USE:
Grills operate on propane. Before using, check that the burners are lit. Never leave the grill unattended when in use, and turn off the propane canister and grill knobs after use. All flames must be out when finished. One propane tank provided per device per stay.

FLORIDA WILDLIFE:
As a reminder, our neighborhood is located in an area known for the presence of black bears, who may occasionally venture around in our community. We kindly ask that you remain vigilant and mindful of all wildlife during your stay.
