I stayed at this property with my family for 9 days, and our experience was mixed. On the positive side, we enjoyed the daily entertainment, which was well-planned and varied. The food was also quite good, offering a nice mix of local and international dishes. The efforts to keep guests engaged were appreciated.
However, our stay was marred by several issues. The most troubling was the cleanliness of our room. From the first morning, we found dead cockroaches around the room each day. Despite reporting this to housekeeping, who promised a deep clean, the issue persisted. It was very concerning, especially since we were traveling with children. Additionally, used cups were never removed or replaced during the cleaning, making us question the overall hygiene.
We also encountered problems with our room reservation. We booked a room with a king-size bed and a twin bed but were given a room with two double beds instead. When we raised this with the front desk, we were told there was nothing they could do, so we had to manage with the smaller beds for our entire stay.
Another issue was the lack of pool chairs. Even arriving early, we found that chairs were scarce, with many reserved for a VIP section. This was frustrating for regular guests who struggled to find seating.
While we appreciated the entertainment and food, the issues with cleanliness, room comfort, and service impacted our overall experience.
