The Boathouse is a perfect name for this fantastic holiday home. Located on the marina with private berth frontage, water views, Wifi, Foxtel and the opportunity to relax and appreciate the granite boulder fringe framing Nelly Bay. Berth access is provided in the inside 8 mt berth with power and water. There is a permanent tenant on the front of the berth. There is secure, garage parking for 1 vehicle.

The Boathouse is the perfect holiday home for a couple to enjoy the privacy, tranquillity and comforts of this beautiful house or a family looking for space and a home that you may not want to leave! This home is a holiday in itself!

The layout offers space and areas for each person to find space to appreciate where they are. Wake up each morning to sweeping water views over Cleveland Bay to Townsville. A simple yet luxurious getaway where friends and family can come together to share, laugh and enjoy the natural pleasures of Magnetic Island and the surrounding waters. Two pavilions are linked by wide covered decks creating four separate spaces and flexibility of living.

1: An open plan indoor/outdoor living area with gourmet kitchen.
2: A top level master retreat with its own luxurious bathroom.
3: A family area with two bedrooms, bathroom and cinema room and Foxtel TV
4: A lower level which incorporates the 4th bedroom and bathroom linking directly to the pool.

Get out and enjoy a bush adventure or one of the islands 23 bays or just sit back, relax and watch the boats come into Nelly Bay Harbour from your private deck away from the hustle and bustle. Whichever you choose, The Boathouse will always welcome you home. The Boathouse has two kayaks for guest use.

The tenant moored on the front of the berth also tends to the pool and gardens as required. Access for this person is along a discreet pathway on the left side of the house.
The bedrooms at The Boathouse are air conditioned, with the main living areas cooled by the sea breeze that makes its way through the louvers and large bifold doors.

Pets are welcome (this excludes dogs that dig up gardens and lawn as well as dogs that howl continuously when left home alone)
