Holiday Home 'Osterdeich' with Private Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi
Comfortable, lovingly furnished vacation home with fully equipped kitchen for up to 10 people and 3 dogs. Easy-care parquet and laminate flooring. On the first floor with open living and dining area, with direct access to the terrace, there are 2 bright, friendly bedrooms (double bed/French bed). Large bathroom with changing table. Generous room layout with plenty of space on the ground floor. PLEASE NOTE: If you book the house for 5-10 people, the other bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the house, which is accessible via an external staircase. Up to 6 more people can be accommodated here on 60m2. There are 4 single beds in 2 bedrooms as well as a sofa bed in the combined living room and kitchenette and bathroom with shower/WC. The upper floor is only available for bookings of 5 persons or more. If you book with only 4 people, the upper floor remains closed, but is not rented to other guests, so that the house and property are still available to you alone.
Deposit: If the house is used by youth groups, a deposit is due, which is not included in the total price. The deposit is paid directly to the landlord. It will be refunded after departure if the house is left tidy and undamaged.
The thatched 17th century house on a terp with a large plot of land (1,300 m2) is for sole use. It is located on the edge of the North Frisian village of Neukirchen. The natural garden is partly fenced in and surrounded by a hedge. A barrel sauna in the garden can be booked separately.
Children and dogs are welcome. It is a non-smoking house.
Please note: Neukirchen and the surrounding area are characterized by agriculture. Increased through traffic from agricultural vehicles on the road directly adjacent to the house is to be expected in summer.
