Schönes Hotel am Ortsrand. Wir hatten eine sonnige Terrasse. Hallenbad und Sauna hätten gegen Gebühr benützt werden können. Freundlicher Service, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Leider noch viele Haare im Bad auf dem Boden, verklebter Toilettendeckel, Wassergläser im Zimmer für Getränke waren schmutzig, 8€ Extrakosten für Bademantel, Frühstück nichts besonderes bzw. Wurst sah schon sehr grau aus, Aufbackbrötchen, alles im allem keine 4 Sterne wert, sehr schade

Die Lage ist exeptional. Der freie Ausblick von der Terrasse! Das Zimmer entspricht dem Standard eines 4 Sterne-Hotel. Nur die dicke Matratze ist zu weich. Dusche: noch eine Halterung an der Breitseite würde die Sicherheit erhöhen. Das Personal an der Reception ist teilweise nicht Service-Orientiert. Auf meine Anfrage, wie ich vom BUS-Bahnhof zum Hotel kämme: "Nehmen Sie halt ein Taxi!" RESTAURANT: Am Zugang zum Hotel-Parkplatz hängt eine Speise-Karte, die u. a. Hirschbraten anbietet. Nur war dieser dann alle 4 Abende nicht zu bekommen. FRÜHSTÜCK: Für den vorzüglichen Kaffee waren warme Tassen vorrätig. Die großen weißen Teller waren kalt, das Rührei und die Bratwürstchen lauwarm. Die Wiener und die Weißwürste gut heiß. Die Auswahl ist ungewöhnlich riesig - der Preis mit € 19 auch. Walter

Das Hotel liegt oben auf dem Berg in ruhiger Lage, wir waren nur drei Tage dort aber sehr zufrieden, nettes Personal tolles Frühstück und auch das Abendessen war sehr gut

Fine hotel even though a some maintenance still to be done. Lovely staff very kind and helpful. Beatiful walks nearby and nice city. Big swim-park (9€) in connection with hotel was nice. Breakfast and dinner were really good. Wifi was not good, but I will come back

Das Hotel lebt von der Verbindung zum Karola-Badepark der Stadt Waldkirchen und den vom Hotel ausgehenden Wandermöglichkeiten. Das Personal ist überdurchschnittlich freundlich und ermöglicht vieles, was die Infrastruktur des Hotels leider vermissen lässt, z.B. eine gemütliche Runde unter Freuden spätabends noch mit Getränken zu versorgen. Eine bessere Einbindung des vorhandenen Restaurants mit längerer Öffnungszeit in die Abendgestaltung der Hotelgäste wäre wünschenswerr.

Schöne Unterkunft mit sehr gutem Personal!
Es hat alles geklappt! Es hat alles gepasst! Frühstück reichlich und frisch, Zimmer sauber und gepflegt. Man merkt an der ein oder anderen Ecke dass es bereits ein etwas älteres Haus ist. Man sieht aber, dass aktuell hier und da mal was renoviert wird. Das ist aber alles kein Stress. Rezeption reagiert wunderbar auf Sonderwünsche.... Alles in allem könnte man 5 Sterne geben, aufgrund der kleineren Mängel hier und da (das Team kümmert sich darum) gibt es nur 4 Sterne! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen....
