This hotel was so amazing that I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. The reception is open 24/7 and able to answer any question you have regarding your stay. The owner Hasan and his family made the stay even more memorable with the exceptional hospitality. They happily provided prayer mats when we requested them. Osman arranged our hot air balloon flight that truly was the highlight of the trip! They were very proactive and informed us of all the activities there is to do in Goreme. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean. The breakfast area has stunning views of Goreme and had many delicious options. There are many sitting areas around the hotel conveniently near the rooms where we brought snacks and drinks and enjoyed relaxing there. In addition, those same sitting areas provide exceptional views of the hot air balloons at sunrise. The hotel is near the center without being too noisy or busy. Truly the best hotel in Goreme. We will be recommending this hotel to our friends who plan on visiting Goreme. Do not think twice before booking this hotel as you surely will have an amazing experience.

Osman from the property was proactive and helpful in getting us checked in super fast so we could catch the sunset and arranging our activities for us in a cost-effective way. They were also available 24 hours for help, which was great.

We loved our stay at Amber Cave Suites. It's a beautiful location right in the center of Goreme and the cave rooms are fun. What really made the stay stand out for us though was the phenomenal hospitality of the family that runs the hotel -- they were just incredibly warm, human, and helpful.

Excellent cave hotel

Beautiful hotel in a cave. We recommend room 108. Perfect terrace infront and the fee is great. Pro: clean, great service, family run, near everything Cons: you can’t get coffee before breakfast that only opens at 8:00am. Would be great if they had a coffee machine up at the breakfast room. The breakfast was ok , did the job.

Overall was a pleasant stay, hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. There is breakfast served at the hotel and was satisfying. We arrived to capadoccia by bus so we had to walk to the hotel. It was easy to fing just need to climb uphill but it was a short 7 min walk. However it is located 5 minute from the sunset/sunrise viewpoint so if you are looking to see the sunset or hot air ballon watching its near. The staff also prepared a cake for a friends birthday on request and it was much appreciated. Thank you for a hospitable stay.
