To be charged over $100 for a room with bugs, dirt, a musty stench, and dirty appliances is absurd. Additionally, we had to wait 15 minutes for the front desk worker to let us in because she was no where to be found. It was probably the grossest hotel I have stayed in. I do not recommend staying here.

I was in a non smoking room but the Sheets were obviously used in smoking rooms. By morning when I woke up the chemical smell had worn off and the room smelled horrible

Needs serious updates
Hotel needs serious updates especially in bathroom. Bathtub bottom was damaged, looked like you could cut your feet and bathroom ceiling was stained. Light switches cracked.

The Bates Motel
Stay away from this property! Many thing wrong, broken and unsafe!
There is a reason that there is a sign on the door “ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS”; because so many people want to go somewhere else!
