The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The front desk was very helpful from the time we checked in until we left. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Reading.

Enjoyed our stay saturday night while in town for the upchurch concert. Nice room with everything we needed and very clean. My only complaint was the smell outside and i onow that was nothing to do with the hotel, this country girl isnt use to city smells.

The staff was friendly. Our room was just off the lobby so it was very noisy with people talking loud at all hours. Then at 6am the breakfast people were very loud. There was no soap or shampoo but we got some from the front desk. But the worst was when we turned the air conditioner on it smelled like weed!
