I arrived earlier than planned and earlier than check-in time, so understandably my room was not available, but I was asked to come back in an hour or so and it would be - I came back and it was ready and it was prior to check-in time. Very nice. The room was also clean. The lobby smells great and is very clean!

The room was nice. The bed frame broke when I sat on it and the staff helped me out. Someone came to the check the bedframe out quickly, deemed it may not be safe and cant be fixed quickly, so a new room was issued. I found the night staff to be lively and friendly. The morning staff not so much.
