The staff was not very friendly. Initially the front desk staff placed us in a room that was already occupied. They were not apologetic. The shower was dirty upon arrival to unaccompanied room. Please there is an additional cost for parking that we had to walk to in the freezing cold and couldn’t find parking in the lot after paying for the parking lot.
