The communication at this hotel was poor. I stayed here last year and had trouble sleeping due to traffic noise all night. This year, before checking in, I specifically requested a room that didn’t face the street, and the hotel assured me that they’d noted it. However, when I arrived, the staff couldn’t find the note, nor could they tell me which rooms didn’t face the street. Unfortunately, I ended up with the same issue as last year.
Additionally, the coffee machine in my room was broken, and the engineer couldn’t come until 9:30 am. Since I had a major event to attend, I couldn’t wait that long. I don’t understand why the hotel didn’t just replace the machine instead of making guests wait for hours. Given the price I paid for both stays, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
