The staff customer service was the very best part of my stay at New Haven Hotel. Dia (sp?) checked me in at 9:30 am, so that I could rest and get out of the cold. They also held on to my luggage until my bus departed Union Station late at night. The room was very comfortable; especially the bed. Everything was surprisingly seamless. Great stay.

The only complaint I have is the parking garage has very low overheads so it poses an issue with lifted vehicles or vehicles with roof racks. Not the hotels fault but something to be aware of.
