The hotel itself was lovely and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, we were put in a room directly between two rooms full of unchaperoned teenagers who partied and slammed doors from 11AM to 3 AM. I wish someone had thought to put us on another floor since we were not associated with that group of horrendously behaved kids. It made what would have been a perfect stay into a bit of a nightmare.

The customer service, location, and cleanliness were excellent. The main issue was the room: we had a two queen bed room that was advertised to fit 4 people and it barely fit two people with luggage. Also, the cleaning service is only available by repeated request. Minir issue: they only provide one bar of soap for the room, which is unhygienic, and we resorted to purchasing liquid hand soap.

Nice hotel for the price. Good location to visit Yale and do a little pizza tour around town. Most staff were friendly, some were not. Room was a bit loud, we could hear kids making noise 2 rooms away at night. Good spot for a quick visit if you get a good deal.

Customer service is top-notch, they are always very accommodating and friendly. We found the hotel to be very clean, the location is extremely convenient to dining shopping and the areas of New Haven. You would want to explore. Parking is extremely convenient and attached to the hotel. There are not many food options on site except grab and go, it would be nice if there was a bit more in that regard. But aside from that, it’s a great hotel that we stay in often.

The hotel feels quite old, and the room and amenities were average at best. For the price paid, the overall stay did not meet expectations. There is no oven or microwave inside the room, which was inconvenient. The common-use oven provided was very dirty and poorly maintained, making it unusable. An additional $24 per night parking fee adds to the cost and makes the stay feel even more overpriced. The only positive aspect of the stay was the staff, who were kind, supportive, and helpful throughout. Unfortunately, that alone does not justify the price of the stay.
