Great second stay at BWFQ
The hotel staff here is very accommodating and helpful. They were oversold this weekend and our original room type was not available so we instead ended up in their suite which was lovely. Breakfast is great and my only comment is the rooms, particularly the floors, could be a little cleaner at check in.

Service- staff was very friendly. Breakfast- great selection. Pool- nice retreat on hot day, kinda chilly though and maybe could use some music by the pool. Location- great, walking distance to everything.

Horrible hotel with poor staff
Awful awful stay. The hotel is absolutely filthy. The furniture is dirty. The shower is dirty and looks moldy. The front desk and manager were rude and completely unhelpful. They gave us the wrong room (paid for two fulls and got two twins) for 3 people. They said they wouldn’t fix it but offered to bring a cot. They never did. The location is farther from the football stadium and felt unsafe to walk to and from.

Vehicle damaged while parked in the "gated" garage. Someone used a heavy instrument/tool to damage hood of vehicle (Cadillac Escalade). Staff stated they couldn't release security camera footage without police report. Then stated police wouldn't investigate due to it being on private property!

The location is hard to beat, the parking situation is fantastic. If you're willing to pay, and the rooms are fantastically comfy for the price. The front desk was always very helpful when we needed them and made check in and check out a smooth and easy process.

My wife and I came for a short stay. Staff was great, it’s the French Quarter so everything was pretty much walkable. You will have to uber or cab some places but overall it was a great stay!

This is not the most modern hotel but it’s quaint and absolutely fits the area. Historic Armstrong Park is across the street, street cars and buses run up and down the street, it’s also a direct line within walking distance to Jackson square. I will say this, the shower water was HOT with great pressure! I’ve stayed at several different hotels in New Orleans and this was by far my best shower experience. Also, while I didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel, it is a complimentary breakfast with a beautiful courtyard and pool.
