Down the Block from Tulane- Uptown

We have been welcoming students and parents at our house for 8 years! Located in the heart of Uptown NOLA, 2 blocks from Tulane Univ. This charming 2 bedroom space is part of the main house on the property with a separate private entrance and stairwell. The space is not shared with main house.
Each bedroom has a queen bed and large flat screen tv. The larger bedroom has a microwave, small refrigerator, keurig coffee maker and has an en suite bathroom.
There is no full kitchen.
The 2nd bedroom is down a hallway. Guests must walk through the main open living/ 1st bedroom to get to the bathroom.
We pride ourselves in cleanliness and wash all linens before each guest arrival. Light, bright and beautiful!
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned apartment, featuring a microwave and a Smart TV. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and an iron/ironing board.

Hidden Gem close to Tulane
I had a wonderful stay at this property while visiting my daughter at Tulane. The apartment is so close to campus but is also very quiet on a lovely street. The unit was clean and I loved having the two separate sleeping areas. I will be back!

Visiting Tulane
The location can’t be beat when visiting Tulane or Loyola. It’s an easy and beautiful trip on the streetcars to the French Quarter as well. The property is exactly as described and pictured. The owner was super sweet and helpful too. We will definitely stay here again.
