We had a terrible night. From approximately midnight till 3:00 AM, the very loud fire alarm sounded telling us to go down the stairs and out of the motel. We are older so we got to the 2nd floor, met the teenagers and younger folks coming up. They said it was a false alarm. Great! But the alarm continued to sound, be turned off, sound again through the early morning hours. We flew out from New Orleans Airport next morning having litte rest. Asked for refund. Told it was the fire dept. fault.

The hotel was awful. They lied about having a free airport shuttle, and worse still, had the fire alarm go off 10 times (literally, no joke) in one night. And they didn't offer any compensation to us in apology. It was a joke. They are a joke.

I can honestly say the staff was amazing and friendly especially Mr.curtis from front desk so pleasant and helpful ..the rooms were good only down side it had a lil sent which was remedied with a little lysol ..only other issue elevator takes long besides that i would definitely go back

Mediocre Stay. Won’t Stay Here Again.
Our stay was not great had we not checked in so late in the night I would have canceled our stay. The water in the sink and tub drained extremely slow and backed up while we showered and brushed our teeth. Only one elevator was in operation and the wait was at least 10-15 minutes each time. We ended up using the stairs. The ice machine on the second floor was not in service and there was a bad odor coming from that area. The continental breakfast was a joke and when I asked the front desk about refilling the breakfast meat at 8am he advised he’d ask the breakfast attendant but never did. The breakfast attendant however was very friendly and was trying his best to keep everything in order he was working alone. On our last night we came back to a warm room after being gone all day, it never cooled down. The beds were clean and comfortable. I will not stay here again.

I checked out earlier! I was taking a shower, water turned off, then on and when I finished I wasn’t able to turn it off!!! I tried to contact the front desk and took several times to get a hold of them, I explained the situation and nobody came to help, I called the front desk back asking why nobody was coming to my room to fix the problem with the shower and he just said “nobody is here yet to fixed it “. I told him I was coming down to the front desk- then I grab my stuff, went to the front desk , although he was actually waiting for me with a key for a different room, I just told him.. thanks but no thanks, I am checking out, I told him to just take note of the situation .he checked me out and said that everything was fine. Hopefully was an honest statement!

We booked this hotel for 3 nights, and ended up Leaving after the first. Stepping into the elevator initially, I was grossed out, but trying to remain positive, once I got to the room itself it seemed OK at first, but upon having to take a shower, the bathroom was filthy. Shower and disgustingly dirty, as well as the area around the sink. (I have Pictures) i was grossed out so we ended up leaving. Would not recommend

The staff other than Collins was all rude. We got one day of room service at the four days we were there. We had to go find people to get new towels and toilet paper and only one of the elevators worked half the time. The only good thing was the beds were comfortable

Only one elevator working and it feels like it’s going to break everytime. Bathtub was dirty, only one lamp worked in the room, cleaning ladies made our beds but didn’t leave extra towels or soap.
