The property is very outdated, and while a free buffet breakfast was included, the experience was disappointing. Staff would load 5–6 pieces of bread at a time, leaving many guests unable to get any food. The options were extremely limited—boiled eggs, bread, and waffles. Unfortunately, there was only one waffle maker, resulting in long lines, and we didn’t even get the chance to try them. On top of that, the staff were rude, making the experience even worse. They also have paid parking!!

The Hotel was and is Old and worn. The elevator didn't have a safety inspection sticker and had seen better days. All bathtubs in every room needs to be replaced. My shower curtain was hanging on with 1 screw and hanging over which prevented to curtain from closing. There was also a roach that appeared moving quickly over the night stand.We had to go and purchase some bug spray to make sure that there weren't anymore and that none had gotten in our luggage. Overall the staff was very polite and attentive. Please put some attention into renovating and upgrading this hotel. Last gripe, the boiler quit working on day 6 of a 8 day stay. Taking a cold shower for 2 days was the end. We had friends that left and switched hotels. I wouldn't stay here again even with the great location to the airport and freeway. I would pay more for peace of mind and cleanliness. Pay staff top dollar, only bright spot IRT this experience.

The young man at the front desk who checked us in was wonderful and accommodating! The rest of the staff couldn't be bothered to acknowledge us much less talk when talked to. Proximity to the airport was the reason we chose this hotel so that was a plus. The room, bedding and bathrooms were clean and comfortable but the door did not meet the floor and there were people walking up and down the halls, calling out to each other, on their phones or slamming doors all night long both nights. We were on the 5th floor. Water was either hot or scalding. There was no cold/cool water to the point that showers And even washing hands weren't even possible. Food was cold and the bare minimum of continental breakfasts. Area was walkable and had good food in the vicinity which was a saving grace.

Desperately Disappointed, Jr.
We got to our room, the bathroom was not clean, the paint was peeling in the tub. I turned the water on rust came out of the faucet. There was a "stinch" in the room, we didn't have a microwave or refrigerator, we did get each within 10 minutes of my request. There was a constant bumping the entire stay which made our room vibrate. A family member came to our room and asked about the noise, I said "you all can't hear that" She stated no. I did call to the front desk and I was told that a manager would go and check. The noise was constant both nights of the stay. We had to go to the front desk for towels, we were told to come back later, went back later, no towels. The breakfast.........the only thing that stayed filled was the waffle mix. We had to pay for parking, parking was very limited. There are no cameras anywhere on the property.

Definitely Disappointed!!!
The hotel quality was terrible! It needs to be upgraded in many areas! Beds sunken in, bathtub is peeling and well as the water while showering goes down slowly. To top off the uncleanliness, we saw roaches in the hallway! I saw housekeeping in the hallway and told them no services needed, just get the garbage outside the door at 10am, came back a little after 7:30pm and garbage was still there with the pest coming out the bag! To charge a $75 incidental is ridiculous when the quality of the hotel is so poor. Lastly, the $12 per night parking is unnecessary for the awkward parking lot!

Ants really bad in restroom,when u step off 3rd floor elevator heavy mildew/urine smell! Need a good cleaning with floor cleanse. Bathroom needs update. When u walk in room doesnt have a nice,welcome pleasant smell! Says no smoking bad i had to burn candles! Lastly,Airport charges for you to park. I paid but when my lady came she paid not one night! I was only there visiting. Right by interstate and you will hear the planes Alot.

The Expedia site does not depict the conditions of the hotel, it’s filthy on the outside, garbage everywhere , the actual hotel is not sanitary and the room was dirty .
