In the end it was all about the staff!!! Initially thought property was a little sketchy but the staff put me at ease and made me feel safe and welcomed. Great location just a walk to all locations with a good price tag!

The physical space is charming, my room on the balcony, not so much. It was completely devoid of any charm at all and was next-door to the manager's office, which was surprisingly noisy. The room was small, but the bed was comfy. The Housecleaning situation was confusing. Nobody came into my room, but people knocked on my door at 5 PM to see if I wanted fresh towels. The location was fabulous. It was easy to walk down to the street car or walk anywhere I needed to go. It did get sketchy at night, so as a solo traveler, I was cautious about when I was out. The hot tub was a lovely feature, and I used it frequently in the cool weather. I had to leave early and the hotel refused to refund my last night, which wasn't great. I will not stay here again.

Beautiful property. The staff were all amazing and truly made the stay most comfortable and enjoyable throughout our four night stay with their personable southern hospitality turned up on full. The pool was warm, bed comfortable, amenities great, location unmatched for music, local art and getting around the French quarter. Can’t wait to return.
