Not what I was hoping for
I must have gotten the worst room in the whole place, or they used filters on the pictures online…From peeling paint to the shower surround separating from the wall, and vents caked in dirt it just felt neglected. We didn’t realize that a sold out concert was taking place and therefore we couldn’t find a room anywhere else for under $700 so this was basically our only choice. Half the lights weren’t working in our room but they did send a repairman immediately who was able to fix the lights but not the phone and a housekeeper did bring a different set of sheets but it just felt like they slapped a coat of paint on stuff instead of cleaning/replacing (like the “landlord special”). The staff was good and the pool seemed okay from afar but we didn’t use it.

The room was nasty. The shower curtain was dirty. The tub was peeling. They were broken fixtures. Someone took a marker to the air conditioner unit and there were bugs crawling on the floor.

Staff was very friendly on the front desk. Hotel is on the highway exit so it is very convenient. Hotel and it's pool was very clean and well maintained and has lots of parking space. Walmart is just right behind the hotel. We liked to stay here.

I needed a place to stay while traveling to FL. The hotel was nice and clean for the price and the area, the breakfast however was a little lackluster. There are breakfast spots in the area so I won’t hold that against them.

It was a overnight stay to rest i was traveling back to my state from my parents state it was to many hours just stop to rest book a 1 king bed i was place in a doble room area not save i didn't rest thinking something happend to my car outside and late night have people outside my door in the hole way fighting plus someone in the morning sleeping in a car near to mines i will not stay ever again there not recomend feel was waste my money to pay a night be like that .

I should get all my money back , I am an EMT that was deployed to Nashville during the summer and I am now back in Slidell and will be taking school and working as a EMT again. I just needed a residence for a week before I moved into my apartment apartment. I had no microwave. I had no refrigerator that was working. They came and fixed my refrigerator at 9:40 at night. They tried to move me in the wee hours of the night to another location in the complex I said no so they brought another refrigerator in the refrigerator buzzed for three days. I paid a total of almost $300 so I could stay and be peaceful and have some downtime after saving lives and this is what I got. It was an absolute terrible experience.
