As a group of 5, we found the space clean and beds all very comfortable. The decor and dining furniture need to be updated and/or replaced. The dining chairs literally need repair as the backs fell apart. The location was excellent and lots of easy access to the French Quarter, restaurants, music and shopping. The service(texts)was great when we had any questions, fast and easy. The room could use extra pillow and a couch blanket for cooler nights. Overall the room was comfortable and fit our needs. Thank you.

My only complaint is the lack of soundproofing between units. Easy to hear snoring of a neighbor and also if the area outside the building is loud this will be easily conducted into your unit. Otherwise we loved the place.

Location and communication great. Layout good. Plumbing fixtures loose. Shower doors leak. Cheap, uncomfortable furniture throughout. Neighbors upstairs from us had a melee with screaming, abusive language, and a lot of crashing around, on our first night after midnight. With no desk staff or security, we didn't know how to address the issue. Entry through the first floor lounge was a weird vibe. People hanging out at all hours it was open. That felt unsecure as well. Might be a New Orleans thing.

The microwave stopped working but there was an immediate response on the app Chat and the was fixed. The number of bath linens was inadequte for a 3 bedrm. 5 person reservation, a chat brought more the next morning. On our 3rd and 4th night the upstairs apt. was very noisy. like someone , kids? running, banging well after 10:00 Pm quiet time. after midnight.one night. I was reluctant to report at the time fearing retribution (?) from the occupants. That is on me, so I would suggest other report this type of problem. The 3 bedroom 2 bath on the edge of the French quarter is hard to find and the cost was reasonable with a common area to spend time with the group.

The property was clean and the apartment met our needs but the malodorous smells in the elevator and hallways were a bit off putting. If those issues were removed, I would give an excellent rating.

The property had 3 bedrooms and suited the six of us as anticipated. The rooms were clean and the kitchen equipped. The Sonder staff was very helpful through the app with assistance. The strange portion was not much furnishings and/or storage accommodations. The location was great and allowed us easy access for everything we wanted to do.

There was ZERO water pressure in the unit. There was also a dead coach room at the foot of our bed, but that’s New Orleans. Overall, it was a decent place - especially if you need multiple rooms like we did.

Coffee was good but we were served day old stale croissants even though fresh ones were available. When we asked why she didn’t offer the fresh ones, she said that her boss wants her to sell the old ones first. This was very poor service overall. especially as we sat there eating stale croissants, she is putting fresh ones in the display case right in front of us. Terrible customer service.

Building front door and entrance front door won't work with mobile key, 2/3 beds without duvet covers, sheets pop off beds, broken table in living room, bottom floor frosted window doesn't block headlights when someone sits in their car for 20 minutes blasting us with lights at night. No mini bar or snacks per the listed amenities. Bathroom sinks trickle water out and faucets are too short. They barely make it into the sink, cheap toilet paper, low water pressure in shower, toilet base leaks, elevator broke and had to walk up and down Stairs with an injured knee to get to pool. No bathroom at pool level. Pool base is crazy slick and edges hot as hell. Pretty dangerous. Trex Boards sagging on pool steps. It sounded like someone was doing construction above us. Constant banging and clanking. Poor insulation on floor above with people stomping around. Every door inside creaked so loud. It would wake people up if you opened a door. Bed frames are high enough off the ground for stuff to go underneath, but it's really hard to get under to pull things out. Lack of luggage storage wasn't cool either. The pictures and the way the place is marketed make it seem much more luxurious than it is. I would equate the space to a college dormitory or a hostel. Overall not a great stay.
