Great stay close to canal street where you find a bunch of places to shop and eat nearby and far enough away from busy to enjoy a quiet sleep. Great communication by the staff. Only critique is the tricky front door. Once you figure out the push and pull after you enter the code your good to go!

Definitely will stay again
Well built solid building that is superbly located close enough to the French quarter to walk but not too noisy at night. The plunge pool on the roof is perfect to cool down in. App is great and comms was really good. Cafe/bar downstairs lovely and staff really helpful. Can’t recommend highly enough.

We loved the location and the space! It was walking distance from almost everything that we wanted to do! The covered parking garage across the street was convenient and not too expensive. The bar downstairs is more like a lounge and serves teas, coffees and breakfast croissants in the morning as well. We had three a bedroom apartment and it was comfortable, cozy. spacious enough, clean, and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. There were no closets but hooks and hangers on the wall to hang your clothes. That worked fine for us. The bathrooms were up-to-date and there was an iron and ironing board in the hall closet next to the washer and dryer. In terms of value, we paid the same price as I would have paid for a Marriott room with two queen beds. This wss a wayyyy better choice for my family. I'll definitely look for this spot for any future trips to New Orleans!

Cockroaches, black mold and unkempt conditions ruined our trip and made us physically sick. I am requesting a full refund to my original form of payment. I am currently suffering from exposure to cockroaches deadly black mold qmd when I have enough energy to drive, I'm going to the ER.

This property gets a lot of things right but misses is on a few details. Amazing communication with staff and quick response on the chat function. The coffeehouse/bar downstairs is also great. Location is excellent if you want to be right beside the French Quarter without all of the noise all of the time. The pool was closed for most of our stay, which was disappointing. Our room also faced a wall, which we would’ve liked to know in advance. No live TV, which is difficult for international travellers who don’t have American login information. The bedding was lovely but they use plastic mattress covers that are noisy and uncomfortable. Really close to being great but overall good.

No place to put your clothes. Had to live out of a suitcase. Thermostat was set to go no lower than 70. Could use ceiling fans in the bedrooms. It got warm in the room. Other than that, the location was fine, the place has charm. Parking there was very easy.

The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated, and well stocked. I requested batteries at one point and received them within 30 minutes. My second stay at a Sonder and will be my first choice for future stays.

Family enjoyed the minimalist, converted warehouse vibe and the space provided for the price. Being able to stay here as opposed to renting two hotel rooms for the family was much more convenient. Easy access, with key codes also worked better for us than having to deal with the front desk and constant traffic of a large hotel. The main issue was the noise outside, which is something the place cant control. The place is on Rampart, near Canal, whick makes it very convenient to everything in the French Quarter without actually being in the middle of it. Unfortunately there is constant traffic and cars with loud music into the early morning. We were in a room on the front of the building, near Rampart, which probably made it louder than other rental spaces. Again this is not something the property can control so be aware. Also know that, while the decor is nice, there are no closets or dressers or full size ironing board. It was not a problem for us because we had the 3 bedroom and only needed two. We used the third for clothing and suitcases. It was still much less expensive than 2 hotel rooms in this area and allowed all of us to be in the same space. We enjoyed the full kitchen, 2 full baths, free wifi, and smart tv that allowed us to sign into our streaming services. Very good experience for us. 4.5 stars if it was possible.
