This is such a charming hotel! The cats that run the place were my absolute favorite lol. The human staff were pretty great as well. The room was gorgeous and it actually feels a little more like an Air B&B than a hotel!

Friendly and fast service. Lovely, historical, and whimsical property in an excellent levitation in the French Quarter. However; the room we stayed in was my least favorite of all the times I’ve stayed here. It was MUCH smaller than expected—especially for the price. Also it was poorly lit, and I often had to use the flashlight on my phone. Please don’t get me wrong … this is an amazing property, but room 202 needs some tlc. I will stay at Olivier House again— just in a different unit.

Truly one of the most unique hotels I have ever experienced. Highly recommended. Valet parking was a “big easy” BREEZE. Spacious rooms. Comfy beds. Historic & very authentic one-of-a-kind New Orleans experience! You will enjoy every minute inside hotel, the secret courtyard areas outside, and the easy walk to Bourbon Street and Waterfront area only a few short blocks away.

I stayed here in early December to celebrate my birthday with my partner. Everything about this place is awesome. If you are looking for a truly unique stay, look no further. Staff was incredibly helpful and always around to answer questions, give recs, provide extra towels, etc... Lobby had great coffee, furry feline friends and a piano. Just walking around the grounds was a total vibe. truly one of the more memorable hotel-stays I've had in a while. Worth every penny and we will definitely be back. Mind you; if you are looking for a modern hotel with modern amenities...this is not the joint for you. This place is 100% antique charm.

John! John made our stay memorable. Rare to receive great service from start to finish but John certainly gave it!! Room was excellent except for the lighting. Mild inconvenience considering how good the room was. Property was convenient to everything! The lobby was inviting and always had fresh coffee!! Would love to stay here in the Spring or Fall so we could enjoy the courtyard and the numerous lounge areas.
