The property is getting a bit tired. The noise from trains overnight and their horns was an issue. But they supply air plugs. There is a destination fee which makes you use a $30 credit there each day. But it doesn’t quite cover a breakfast for two. Bed was comfortable. Location excellent for walking the French quarter and it is nice coming in from all the history to something visually less stimulating

You can't always get everything you want
Hotel was a little difficult to navigate due to the disjointed layout (i.e. check in on 11th floor and then you have to switch to another elevator. I know this does not seem so difficult. But, I am disabled and on 24hr oxygen. The walk was horrible. But, Kaye and Josh were my angels. Room service SUCKS!
