Nice location for people with family. The rooms are a little dated. Not as new as it looks from the pictures posted. Not a big fan of carpeted hallways and rooms either.

The Westin is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location with amazing staff. Excellent value for money. We would gladly visit New Orleans again and stay at the Westin.

We got room 1716. The finishing in the tub was badly chipped. The television stopped working halfway through our stay. We were offered another room, but no one ever followed up and we did not receive any comp or discount for the inconvenience. I read elsewhere they give 3rd party bookings these sorts of rooms which is very unfortunate.

Excellent property. Staff were all great, the room was nice and clean and very well taken care of. Would for sure recommend and plan to stay on my future visit. Specifically enjoyed happy hour, the close proximity to everything we wanted to see, and the excellent hospitality shown from all.

Our fine-in server Kenny was amazing. The front desk staff was amazing. They gave us a bottle of champagne for our wedding anniversary. The bartender “T” was a sweetheart. We will DEFINITELY stay here again and we highly recommend this hotel! Amazing views of Mississippi River from the lobby and bar/restaurant. LOVE THIS HOTEL!!!

Beautiful location near so much, Trolley, strip, Canal street, French quarter. 2 - 5 minutes from mostly everything. Down side are the parking fees ($45 per day for self park, $58 Valet) $30 daily resort fee but offset for food and drink credit. Bill and The doormen are excellent!! 2 thumbs up to the entire staff.

We stayed at the Westin because our previous Hotel failed us miserably. We struck Gold here. What a positive experience and the Hotel staff was absolutely phenomenal. Shout out to KyLynn at the Front Desk. Thanks for greeting us with a warm smile. We greatly appreciated her overall hospitality & professionalism as we outlined our recent horrible ordeal the night before at another Hotel. We loved it at the Westin, it’ll without a doubt be our first choice of where to stay on the next visit. Clean, clean, clean..
