Beautiful hotel. Amazing sauna facilities that I had all to myself. I don't speak Mandarin, and it wasn't a problem. Everything is extremely English friendly. The location is a bit inconvenient, but Uber works in Taipei, and it's dirt cheap compared to US prices. Don't hesitate to book.

The hotel itself is fantastic, there is a distinct lack of restaurants though in the area forcing you to eat there. If the meals are included, this isn’t so bad, however if they’re not, there is a definite question of value.

Hotel room is humid and smelly, even after turned on air conditioning for a long while. Sound insulation is bad as you can hear guests conversations from the adjacent room. Same when guests speak at the corridor. Hotel parking entrance is one block from Costco and is always jam during weekends.
