Dirty and rundown meets open and spacious
NOT AS ADVERTISED. There was NO hot tub. The pool was unusable between the build up of algae and the creatures living in it. The house had not been thoroughly cleaned in a very long time. Feet turned black in minutes. Little or no real maintenance.

Beautiful house and grounds, including wonderful pool. Unfortunately the house is not being maintained. Broken showers, broken toilet seat, loose staircase railing, no key on premises for bedrooms that lock and uneven AC — freezing in basement and hot upstairs.

The gas range in the main kitchen was not working. The pool was not ready and clean. One washroom was not working. If the pool runs water then there won’t be any water in the main house. The host is not keen in making sure our stay is as expected by the guests.

Heard everything was broken.
Didn’t get to stay at the property due to it being doubled booked. The guests that were at the property had nothing but bad comments about it. The host I was dealing with didn’t notify me that she was no longer the host. Even tho I was talking to her in am of check in day. Didn’t know till 5 mins before Arriving to the property. Then to find out is was Double booked. The house was 2hr away. Had 15 other family members arriving too. Was a Surprise 70th birthday for our mother. Very disappointed
