This hotel is in a very unsafe area and everything around it is dirty. The “clean” towels in our hotel were dirty with stains and everything was super inconvenient. Had to constantly ask for new towels and toilet paper. The trash fills up and no one takes it out. Worst hotel ever

Totally different expectation from what is presented online. Build is very cheap, u can hear everything and anything staying in the room. Lounge looked deserted , there is no bar service even tho there is a bar and chairs. Check in was quick but then I get to found out I’m on my own regarding parking.But when I was making reservation I read there is parking , quick to find out ,there is no parking just street parking that is impossible to find and you have to move the car around, or valet parking next door that is $60 per day… hello?! Rooms looked “clean” but very cheap and cheap build so let’s just say photos are very well made online to make you believe that this is a good looking hotel. Staff barely speaks English and doesn’t even say hello to you…lastly , area and location , let’s just say this - GETTTOOOO , not safe to walk or to hang out.

Not what I expected
Found something green on the comforter that looked like poop, and when it was brought up to the front desk I was given no apologies and told they will send up a fresh one. There was a dirty hand towel in the couch, both outlets by the bed were not operational, TV in the room does not turn so you can only watch it from the sitting area, breakfast is little to go items, and the hotel is located in a bad area.
