The rooms are tiny and pretty dark. The floor was dirty. Other than that pretty normal, but rooms are small and dark.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well located, but what truly made my experience special was the hospitality. A big thank you to Johnathan and Chelsea for taking such great care of me. They were extremely helpful, kind, and professional, and they made sure I was given a really nice room. From check-in to my stay, everything felt smooth and welcoming because of them. Their attention, warmth, and dedication to guest comfort truly reflect the high standards of this hotel. I genuinely felt valued and well looked after. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely choose Cambria Chelsea again on my next. visit to New York! 🌆✨

Clean room, but beware cleaning service gets VERY busy very early. 2-3 cleaning staff on the floors, and the hallways are very thin. The walls are also extremely thin!! I could hear our neighboring room opening bottles, zipping bags, all of it.
