I had multiple problems with this stay - including housekeeping not coming all day until after 4 - we were out all day, then had to still stay out for housekeeping to clean the room.
They only left 3 towels for 4 of us. I called down to housekeeping - nobody answered. I called front desk, he said he would tell houskeeping right away. An hour passed, and nothing came. We called down to the front desk again - he was very rude and dismissive and said we called "10 minutes ago" (we didn't). He said to come down to the front desk if we REALLY needed it.
The next day they came at 9:00 and woke us up. We all left the room, went out for an hour, came back, and they still had not cleaned the room, even after us leaving and telling them we were leaving.
Similar to the next day - we went out all day and came back after 4 and the room was still not ready - had to leave and wait for them to finish. Very frustrating.
I asked for a quiet room, and was placed right by an ice machine that people used all throughout the night.
New Years Eve, my kids wanted to watch the ball drop on TV - the TV just stopped working at night and we were left with nothing to do. Apparently it is a common issue with the TV type.
There is no way to warm the shower up before getting in - the handle is at the far end of the shower with no way to move the handle beforehand.
This was an expensive stay - we used Choice Points and tacked on another stay through Hotels.com. We expected far more.
