Staff was very nice. The price wasn’t terrible. The outside surrounding area was my issue. Too many hobo’s and thugs, but they minded their business. I would stay here again.

Only ice machine in the hotel was not working, no main lobby and limited parking. Although their parking is free but can only accommodate about 9 cars.

Location was nice. Found parking with no prpblem. I arrived 30 minutes early and front desk attendant told me the room was ready but I could not check in unless I paid a $25 early check in fee. So I did. TV had no sevice. Phone didnt work. Smoke detector was detached and hanging from ceiling. I reported all 3 but nothing was fixed. Spelread had rips and burn marks. Carpet had what looked like pooling water stain near bathroom. Water pressure was no good for taking a shower. They had no maid service to make beds, provide clean towels and clean room. I will NEVER stay here again.

Room was super tiny. Shelves but no closets. Fridge but no microwave. Staff has a tendency to leave front desk often. Still, great location and felt safe in room and in neighborhood. Definite would stay again

Came here for a solo trip. Location is a little off the beaten path by train/subway, and maybe a little sketch, but it's easy by road. Price is great. Room was mostly fine, but furnishings were minimal and a little beat. There isn't much close by, so you'll be hoofing it at least ten minutes towards downtown Brooklyn for restaurants, potentially further for easy subway access. This place is directly under the BQE, so there's going to be traffic noise - I thought it was fine for being right next to the highway, but if you're sensitive to noise, this might be a tough stay. For the price, this was more than fine; I'd stay again if needed. Keep your expectations in check.

I already sent a complaint to Expedia and expect a response soon. This is not advertised correctly. It is a scary place. My room was cleaned ONLY once for the 4 nights I stayed. I asked twice to clean and bever done. The windows are covered so you cant see out. AND rooms are not well lit. The Lobby has NO seating. Nothing. I paid 240.00 a night for what? Shame on you Expedia. I will only use Hotels Yonight.Better service and they care and resoond.
