I don’t have any complaints. This is a hotel in the neighborhood so if you know you know, you will see a few sketchy looking people check in and out, but I assure you they there to mind they business just like bed was a good sleep. The rooms were nice had one of them sex couch in the room lol . The bathroom was regular wasn’t really my cup of tea as far as the water pressure n shower head but everything else was fine. Every time I called for anything they help immediately

If you just want to poop and shower this will work but to sleep don't do it the staff was loud all night screaming across the hall at each other to talk banging on something all night terrible experience at least our room was clean and the pictures are deceiving

If your traveling solo and not going to be in the hotel too often it’s perfect bed is soft walls are just kinda thin microwave on first floor looks like a bad area the streets are just dirty like all of New York

Health Concerns Not Addressed We booked a three-night stay but were immediately met with a strong smoke smell in the rooms and hallways. With our children’s asthma, we realized this posed a serious health risk. Unfortunately, when we requested to cancel the remaining nights due to this issue, we faced poor communication. The staff stated they had no way of reaching a manager, and despite multiple emails, we received no response. While we understand cancellation policies, it was disappointing that no effort was made to address a legitimate health concern. Other recurring issues mentioned in previous reviews also remain.

Would not recommend at all. Had a room in the basement, the elevator was going off all night, employees were talking loudly outside our room till 4 am (the employee work area is in the basement) could hear our neighbors TV all night.
