Front desk staff was very courteous, no issues. The room, the blackout curtains didn’t close all the way, so at night the lights from outside were beaming into the room making it very hard to fall asleep. We talked to the front desk the next morning and they said maintenance would go fix it during the day. When we got back to our room around 6pm, we tested out the curtains and it was a slight improvement, instead of a 4inch gap, it was a 2inch gap, so we just decided to place our pillows against the curtains to completely block out the lights. The water pressure in the shower was weak. This was our 2nd time staying at this exact location, so we were quite surprised at how different this experience was compared to our prior visit in 2024.

The parking was a convenient location and in close proximity to the hotel. Check-in was quick and easy. The lobby and decor were cozy and warm. The room was extremely clean with many modern convenience. It was a bit small, but not a concern. The hotel was in close proximity to all our activities. We'll be back!

What a cute hotel! Excellent location as we were seeing Mamma Mia. Rooms very clean - small but cozy. Bed was very comfortable and the staff was so friendly and welcoming.

Everything was spectacular!!! The staff was extremely friendly. The entire property was spotless and decorated very classy !! Was skeptical about the smaller sized rooms but it was perfect!!!! Excellent use of space and everything could be controlled by the in room I pad. Will be back!! The location is perfect … close to Times Square , an abundance of shops , restaurants and subway stations !!

Room was overall clean and tidy. Housekeeping do not appear to clean room every day. Reception and bar staff helpful and friendly. Hotel was in a perfect location for all amenities. We would use this hotel on our next visit. Great stay in NYC.

FABULOUS property! Rooms are small but super efficient and contemporary. Comfy bed, great towels and a terrific bathroom/shower. The SERVICE team were amazing! Ask for Ben - he will give you great ideas on where to go in NYC. TERRIFIC location too. This is the place I will stay when I return to NYC. Highly recommend!
