Enjoyed our stay, this was our second time staying at this location. Check in was convenient and check out was quick. Only thing I did not enjoy was not having door sign to deny housekeeping.

Unfortunately, the computers were down when we arrived, therefore, we were unable to check in at check in time. The front desk workers were very kind, and it was evident that they were doing everything they could. Although it was not ideal, they held our luggage, we went for a walk to get pizza, and when we returned, our rooms were ready. We did book two rooms, each with a balcony. On our drive into Brooklyn, earlier that morning, I got a call from the front desk stating that they only had one balcony room available, due to a mix up. I was thankful for the call, and we were able to get a different room in the hotel. It did not have a balcony, but would save us some money.

The hotel was fine but there are not enough parking space and that makes customer nervous that our car will be towed because we have to park on the streets near the hotel and and was instructed to park under the bridge! And I read on the web that it was a free parking but it was not! We have to pay!

Room was very close to breakfast area so very noisy in am. Breakfast was not well stocked either morning. Wifi did not work first night and because we were on bottom level.. could not even get cell service. Room small and difficult to move around in with all the furniture. Room was clean.

Wi-Fi from day one not working when I checked in. Reported to staff and manager. Two nights spent without wifi. Asked manager for compensation since I paid for service Manager never resolved. This is totally unacceptable since you paid for service and you don’t get it management should have courtesy to extend the refund. No class at all. It’s a basic customer service and nobody wants to resolve.
