The staff was lovely and helpful from start to the end of my stay. While there wasnt parking available, the staff gave pointers and went above and beyond to assist me with finding nearby parking at an affordable rate.

Lobby and breakfast area very clean and updated. Room was very outdated not very clean, portable air conditioner vent out the windows with wood and tape holding it in place. No refrigerators in room.

So I rode my bike to NYC and needed a place to stay near downtown and the Amtrak terminal (I was taking the train back to Pittsburgh). This hit the spot. It was clean, staff was great, their food app worked great, breakfast was great and the bed was soft. But, it was loud in the halls (I know I'm in NYC) the ice maker wasn't on my floor, and the room was the smallest I'd stayed in. I would mention it cost $500+ but I expected that... all that said with ear plugs I got a great night sleep, rode 2.5 miles on bike lanes to the train station, and would do it again!
