No amenities. Bad breakfast. Old bedding. Soft mattress. Shower head didn’t move. Soap shampoo and conditioner attached much too high for petite short person. No shower cap, moisturizer, mouth wash etc. We will NOT be back

Took over 15 minutes for the app to find the shuttle driver then another 15 min till he arrived. Tried to call the hotel multiple times and no one answered. There was no one at the desk when we checked out- and I was there 10 minutes waiting for the shuttle driver. I wouldn’t stay here again

Mediocre!

I’m not the type to complain but It was a mediocre stay. By paying $341.00 for one night, I would expect a bottle of water in the room, vs. having to buy a coke at the lobby for $6.00 plus tax. The entry door was difficult to open and the overall age points or neglect of the place, made it feel like a 2 star hotel.
