The staff is amazing! The only problem here is the food! Very expensive and few options on the menu. It took way to long to get served and get the food!

Property was clean and all employees were friendly and helpful. My only dislike was fees that were applied. Thinking that all fees were applied when booking and paying for trip in full only to find Hardrock tacking on more fees upon checking in. Being charged for not using amenities is wrong.

The rooms are a nice size. Bedding and lighting are modern and great. Bathroom is modern and the shower is great. I recommend this hotel. Very comfortable stay.

The room was fine except there were no dresser drawers for storing clothing. There was a very small refridgerator drawer that did not work very well. The extra charges were ridiculous - $100 to check in 2 hours early and $40 a day for resort fee - I was told it was for using the water, etc There were no resort activities or pool so I am assuming it was for the water in the hotel room for showering? I thought that seemed ridiculous because we were already paying a good amount for this room. I would not choose it again.

Booked the deluxe king room mostly because my girlfriend wanted the option to soak in a tub. Was very pleasantly surprised with how up to date everything in the room is. Espresso machine was a nice pick me up in the morning. Great view of the city and incredibly spacious bathroom. Only stayed for two nights but housekeeping still restocked the espresso pods/water and cleaned up while we were out on the town. Food in the restaurant is delicious and well presented but didn't get the chance to check out the rooftop bar unfortunately.
