Very clean and nice hotel with Rock & Roll memorabilia around. Very handy and accessible to Times Square and adjacent points of interest. Also easy to use and travel further using the subway to travel around. Only gripe would be the extra charges added during your stay and not added to the original booking. You need to allow for that. Overall very pleased and would stay again.

Property is clean and Front Desk service is good but any servicing request is centralized to the operator regardless of the required service (in-room dining, housekeeping, valet,...) which makes the line very busy and the operator very impatient and rude.

Hotel is fine. Rooms are pretty small for the price but that’s New York. And valet is very SLOW. 2 hours to get my car. You are in the heart of New York. Right next to Times Square. And easy to get on the subway.

First off the hotel charges an additional resort fee of around $50/day. This is not stated anywhere. The area oitside of the hotel is terrible. Throw up on the floor, dirt everwhere. It smells putrid. The food options are a scam. They try and over charge you with every meal. Chris, one of their workers took my order for room service twice in a row and after asking him to make substitutions I would still get charged , even a charge for hot water. He was also extremely rude. The attitude of the staff isnt a customer service attitude. I will NOT be staying here ever again!

Location was great, easy access to Times Square. About the facilities I should mention that there wasn’t any tooth paste, toothbrush and flip flops, but in general the room was clean and quiet. Enjoyed the place. Breakfast was good but the very last day the sunny side up eggs smell bad. Overally service was great.
