The hotel is was very nice and wonderful. I appreciate all the stuff in the manager thank you because always the baby is the best can do it and I appreciate that. I really recommend this order to be a good traveler.

Good for day visit, poor conditions though
This hotel is cool if you want to hang somewhere with a friend and stay out the cold. The lamp cover was torn. The sheets had cigarette burn marks and was torn at the sides and bottom. The bed was stiff. Bathroom was clean. Large Tv with Roku so that's cool. The ad says sound proof but the walls 100% are NOT sound proof. I am not sure if the hotel is part shelter because I seen a lot of people who didn't look the cleanest. Overall it's cool to stay for a few hours or 1 short night. I'd give it 2/5 stars.

Disappointing Experience at Hotel Paroga JFK Airport 1/5 Stars I recently stayed at Hotel Paroga JFK Airport, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor customer service and unfulfilled promises. Upon arrival, I requested an early check-in and was told it was possible for an additional $75, which I agreed to. However, instead of receiving a room, I was booked into a short-stay room for three hours. After traveling for eight hours, this was frustrating. The staff promised a room would be available later, but when their shift ended, I was asked to wait for the next staff member. After another 30-minute wait, the new staff provided conflicting information, directing me back to the short-stay room to wait again. This ordeal disrupted my schedule, preventing me from completing essential work tasks. The lack of professionalism and courtesy from the staff was alarming. Hotel Paroga JFK Airport's management should review their customer service protocols to ensure guests receive timely, accurate information and respectful treatment.
