Great location to see the major sights, close to the subway, near broadway, staff were helpful. Do not go with the breakfast add on, my family and I were disappointed with the lack of American breakfast staples on the menu and found the menu lacking.

Great, convenient location and nice rooms, especially for a family. The lobby got very crowded and amenities weren't always easy to access - our phone didn't work consistently for breakfast service, and their app has very few helpful features. But all in all, a good stay.
