The reception staff are absolutely amazing. They assisted us with directions, kept our luggage while we had some time to kill before catching the flight home. They looked after us well.

The room was a bit tight, but it was clean, the staff were polite, the services were excellent, and the on site restaurant and bar were great. We spent a few days there over the holiday, and after finding the correct Hotel Indigo, the staff received us politely and quickly set up our accommodation. The room had everything we needed, but the floor space was a bit tight to get around the bed, and there was no dresser to arrange our things. But we weren't in NY for the hotels! We had breakfast in the downstairs restaurant and enjoyed the bar and lounge when we had time. Plus, they stored our luggage on the last day, which made our late flight more convenient.

Birthday Trip
The room was small but cozy and had a great view of the city. We loved Simon at the bar downstairs and all the front desk people were so accommodating. It was a little confusing to find if you’re coming from off the train but once you’re there, it’s great. We came to celebrate a birthday and left with wonderful memories of our trip.

Clean and excellent location
We booked a room for 4, but the hotel did not have it. However, they solved the problem giving us two rooms that were perfect for us. Excellent service, clean, and we appreciated the complimentary water bottles. Location is near to good restaurants, and must-see attractions in Wall Street. We would stay there again.

Cool place
We had a smaller room not too high up (15th floor) with a view of the city. Everyone there was friendly and the room, albeit small, was comfy. You can even pay for breakfast in advance.

The young woman at the front desk, as we arrived to drop off our bags, way before check out was extremely nice and bubbly. Also sent just to a great deli down the street for lunch. Upon returning late in the evening, our bags were ready for us and we were checked into our rooms by Noah who again was just wonderful. The next morning we had breakfast in the restaurant and the server was again absolutely wonderful. Very friendly, very efficient and really took great care of us. I must say the eggs Benedict and the breakfast potatoes were the best I think I’ve ever had! And we love to eat Upon check out both gentlemen behind the desk were very very nice as well. Overall, it was a lovely experience and we will definitely stay there again. Oh, I forgot prior to our arrival I had actually called and got a human being. Spoke to a human being and they helped me with the parking garage situation.
