I love this place. The staff is very accommodating and pleasant. It is hard to find affordable clean comfortable places to stay in NY and If you get the right room your view is so beautiful. I definitely would recommend this place.

My go to NY hotel
Recently moved from NY but go back frequently for work and family. I always stay at this hotel. It’s convenient to everything for me and the staff, very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and the views are unbelievable NY. My last room, I had a view of the landing strip at LaGuardia airport and the surrounding city.

Cons: When arriving at scheduled check-in time, I had booked a king sized bed. They had informed me it would not be ready for an hour or so, and if i wanted a queen instead. I only agreed as I was tired from my flight, however if 3PM is check-in, and your room isn't ready, they should provide the same room you pay for, not a downgrade. When I went to lay in the bed, it reeked of urine. I had to physically go ask the front desk to have it changed completely. Upon seeing them change it, there was a huge urine stain, which I had laid on. Pros: despite the checkin issue, checking into the hotel is easy, the front desk staff was very friendly and attentive. they have on-site, free parking which is connected to the laundromat. despite the area, my car was safe the following morning. the room is very chic and modern, very comfy. the restaurant connected to the hotel is delicious, too.

You can tell it is still fairly new and trying to make a name for itself. I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly!
