Location was amazing! Price was good for NYC. Staff for the most part were friendly and professional

There were a few maintenance issues (tp holder kept falling apart) but overall was safe, convenient, walkable and the staff was helpful. We also did coffee/breakfast there 2 mornings and it was good compared to some other coffee shops we tried in the city. Our only other issue was the amount of space to get ready for 3 adults was very tight, but not a deal breaker as we knew the room was small before we got there.

This hotel was in the perfect location for our birthday celebration! Near the theaters. Near multiple subway stations. Rooms are compact. Times Square is crowded in early December. So, it felt like we were in the midst of the action.

The location was very convenient. There were earplugs as sometimes it can get loud being in Times Square which is also a nice touch. The rooms were compact but we made it work. A couple staff interactions didn’t feel too welcoming but the team was able to accommodate early check in so that was immensely appreciated.

Added on $30 charge per day for fitness room, ebike rental and $10 coffee bar horrible coffee full of grinds. So in addition to room being expensive which had a horrible bathroom set up they added another $90 plus taxes so $108 onto stay. Bathroom was 2 stalls in frosted glass, one so toilet and other shower. No room install to dress so had to undress and dress in room shared by 3 unrelated people. Very uncomfortable. No privacy.
