The property was on an excellent location to everywhere we wanted to go. I know parking is not available at most hotels, but it would have been nice if there was either more information on where we could have parked and better options for pricing of parking. We got our ticket validated but and it saved us $20 but we had to still pay $50 to park for one night. So, the only thing I wish was there was a better cheaper parking option. Other than that, the hotel experience was wonderful.

We prepaid for four days stay from sept 18-22. Upon checking in we found the room so small that with our baggage’s we could not even move around. We immediately checked out and cancelled the rest of stay. On check out we were told by the front desk that that they understood and that refund should not be a problem.Because we booked through Expedia we have to call Expedia for the refund. We did so and was told refund for unused days will not be forthcoming because of the hotel policy. This is just alert to others about this hotel. Beware!

Staff is great. Location is too noisy- inside and out. Outside of course you have your typical New York noise, but inside it’s ridiculous. I could hear the conversations of the couples on either side of me. And they weren’t being loud, they were just talking at a normal volume. The Alderman restaurant was fantastic!
