The hotel was well positioned and perfect for exploring both uptown and downtown NY with good Subway access. Staff at the hotel were faultless and even put a bottle of wine and card in our room on my partner’s birthday which was a lovely appreciated touch

Room was nice and cleanly. Facilities were great especially the rooftop view. Only downside to my stay was on the website it said if I paid the bill upfront there would be no deposit required. But when I arrived they wouldn’t give me the room unless I put down a deposit.

Another fantastic stay! This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I think this will be my go to hotel every time I visit. Room was very clean, bed was super comfy, and I always love going up to the rooftop and taking in the view. Front desk staff is super helpful and friendly, and being that my two favorite cuisines are Italian and Chinese, this hotel is definitely in the perfect location to explore so many amazing restaurants! Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Great stay.. Great location. Close to the trains, many restaurants, shopping etc. Staff were fabulous. Book the top floor with the large deck (floor 7), great even in the winter.

Third time staying with Noble Den And it’s always clean and a great choice. Location is perfect for the area I like to be and being more on the east side makes the trip from the airport short. Staff are very friendly and kind.

Overall a very nice place to stay. Cramped, but nothing out of the ordinary for NYC. Right in between Chinatown and Little Italy. Staff was nice, room was clean and modern.

I agree, clean room, comfortable bed, pillows and sheets. Modernize shower and bathroom, accessible to all. I like most their guests accommodation where in they have a tie up restaurant where you can avail of 10% discounts when you dine in as hotel guest. And their coffee and tea counter, you can enjoy for free. A big savings for the guests since refreshments along the are were pricey. Definitely coming back and 100 % recommendable.

Really lovely hotel with the friendliest staff. Very knowledgeable and provided some great recommendations. The hotel is well located too and there are lots of good restaurants and shops nearby. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

I have just got back from a 5 night stay, the Hotel is amazing, I had a room on the 7th floor with a terrace, great views of the city. Staff were all friendly and helpful and there was always hot and cold drinks available as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel as the location was great too, not in the hustle and bustle but only a short walk from the nearest subway. Hotel room has a large tv and comfy bed and a great shower. No complaints, never had to wait for a lift either.
