Right in the middle of Soho neighborhood, parking is non-existent unless you get lucky on a side street. Property appears as renovated apartment building, but clean. Wood floors. Almost non-existent channels on TV.

Great stay!! Very helpful front of desk. Very relaxing and chilled. The neighbourhood was spot on!! It's shared kitchen/showers..I got luck, no one else came so I had the whole set up to myself!! Cool little hotel. I expected to be a bit seedy owed to low price but it was that all. Guests that I would walk past were amazingly friendly.

Truly a gem
Excellent in every way. Book early though because they seem to fill up extremely fast. 10/10 on every score. Staff are wonderful; neighborhood is the best in NYC in my opinion; but I LOVE the lower east side.

Wonderful. If you're lucky enough to get a room here, you've been blessed. Walid, Gabe and Ralph are fantastic stewards to this beautiful property and the cleaning staff are impeccable. I was so happy here. I'll never stay anywhere else if I can help it. Rates are mind-blowingly low for the location and the quality. Don't forget to tip the cleaning staff! P.s. I love that Tom's of Maine soap, too!

A real bargain for the great location!
The apartment was quite spacious with kitchen, dining area and separate bedroom. Great location at the edge of Soho and Chinatown, at the end of really festive Spring street with many restaurants and galleries. Thought that it was great for the cost.

The price was great for NYC
The wasn’t very personable but the man that cleans the lounge and main entrance was friendly if you started a conversation. The room was clean and nice. We had a closed off bedroom with a full kitchen and living room with pull out sofa. Only inconvenience was no central AC. Had a window ac unit in living room but not the bedroom so we slept with windows open because it was very hot in the building.

Although the units were older, I thought it gave the suite charm. It was basically a one bedroom apartment with a large futon type couch that could become another bed. I loved having a kitchen. The staff were incredibly nice. I did not have a car so it was a great location within walking distance to many metro stops. Food and shopping were close as well.

There is a bar close to the hotel so a bit noisy some days but overall is okay. Super convenient. There were only a few power outlets in our room and most of them were too loose to be used.

Lots of space - these suites are bigger than many NYC apartments. No frills but clean. The beds were uncomfortable (we had the twins and my travel companion ended up sleeping on the futon in the main room, she said it was more comfortable than the bed.) Kinda loud at night but that's to be expected with the neighborhood.

Pros: Easy to reach from the airport, a few minutes from a few different metro stations. Easy to get both uptown and downtown. The apartment is large and really clean if not a little dated. The beds are lovely and comfortable. The staff are really friendly Cons: there’s only single glazing and with a bar downstairs and the bin trucks that come about 4am means it can be a bit on the loud side at night. The shower is hot but not the most powerful. The fridge is really loud so if you have people staying in the living room, it may be too loud to sleep

Like the old style and it's a great deal considering the cost of other NYC hotels. Convenient to subway stops and also plenty around in walking distance. On the down side, our room was right above a pub and it stayed noisy late into the night. Also, the fire detector went off early in the morning due to battery running low. So not the most restful evening. But staff all welcoming and nice.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Very convenient to have transportation close by and restaurants around the area. The amenities are alittle older but over all we enjoyed our stay. Heads up get change to use the laundry because they dont have any change in the unit .

Good place to stay if on a budget. Suite was well laid out and convient for visiting mid and lower manhatten. Subway also nearby, as well as a Wholefoods store. Gabe on reception was helpful.
