The room was clean and the thermostat worked great. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We arrived way before check in and they held our luggage so we could start exploring the city. Highly recommend.

Charged $2 a bag to store luggage on check in. Charged $3 a bag to store luggage on check out day. Tried to talk with a manager but was told general manager does talk to guest.

Would have liked a top sheet with the bed comforter, and needed hair conditioner and body lotion in the bathroom. The tv didn’t work, and the controls for the heat didn’t work. The room was too hot.
