Good room. Clean. We were hoping to use the lobby to do some work, but it was just too loud, which is OK considering we were in the heart of Times Square. Having a fridge in the room would have been ideal. Easy access to so many things, from shows to dinners. Would recommend to anyone who's traveling and wants to be in the middle of the action

The air conditioning was very loud making it hard to sleep and the bathroom was outdated. The hallways and lobby were very dark and dreary and the staff not overly friendly. The cafe inside the hotel was very nice and a good place to get morning coffee

First of all, the bar that is advertised online is not even open yet. Second, they have no fire exit stairs to the ground level making this property completely unsafe and unacceptable. I waited for 20 minutes to catch an elevator one morning, making me very late for the conference I was attending and the elevator I did get into, people were screaming at me saying they were crammed against the wall. When I tried to go down one set of stairs, they were under construction, unable to be used and the other set of stairs is only for staff. I tried going down those twice and got yelled at and humiliated by staff members saying they would call security on me. This made me livid that I could not exit my own hotel - WHAT IF THERE WAS A FIRE?! The room itself was also tiny. So all in all it was quite an atrocious stay here and on top of that, I was asked to pay a $200.00 "facilities fee" for facilities that I couldn't even use. I will never stay here again as I felt unsafe and completely unimpressed.

Unable to sleep at all. Walls are paper thin so you hear literally everything outside and inside. They were doing construction on the building at 4 am, and I was woken up by people in their rooms and in the halllway. Wouldn’t say rooms were dirty but could’ve been cleaner. If you only care about price then go ahead, it’s the only place in Times Square under $150 (without fees) but I recommend just paying the extra $30 or so to stay in a nicer/quieter place.

This property is definitely not as nice as it looks online. Our AC didn’t work and our room was 78 degrees, maintenance tried fixing it but couldn’t. We were switched rooms. Our keys to the new room didn’t work. Had to go back down the lobby to get new cards again. We asked for extra pillows and the front desk employee made me go up to another room to get the pillows myself as it would “be much faster.” No coffee makers in room. Property seems run down and rooms weren’t the cleanest.

It has a very convenient location for travelers. The lobby looks groovy. There was only one person working at the reception at 8pm on Mon. It took a little wait before we got checked in. The price was not bad. You could pay $30 per person to get breakfast there. (I decided not to because it would be full price for my 2 yo as well) The room was tiny. If your luggage is big, you may have no room to walk. The bathroom looked really cool with the metal theme. The sheets felt ok. I don't know how else I could explain that. The pillows were not firm at all. Down by the reception desk, there was a "no outside food" listed. Inside our room, all the garbage bins had a "recycle" sticker on. The toilet had very little water pressure. BTW, the hallway outside of the elevator was so dimmed that I couldn't see my room door which was just right out of the elevator. It took me a while to figure out where my room was. So if you just need a place to crash for the night, this could be the perfect place. If you like to enjoy it like a resort (they actually had a resort fee around $40 now), you may like to seek for a different one.

They need to update the website. I booked a stay with my 18 year old son knowing he wouldn’t be able to go to restaurant/bars. I thought we could hang out in the “Game Area” shown on the website only to find it no longer exists.

The property is way outdated,smells, zero view, carpet dirty. The tub was disgusting. Its not worth the money. Not a 4 start more like a 2 star. Great location, but i dont care about location as long as there is a train in close proximity.
