The rooms are outdated and need repair. The tv worked only some during my stay. The bathtub is grungy and dirty. The heater was rusted and the cover was not secured. The bed was comfortable though. The staff was hit or miss on being friendly and helpful. Some staff didn’t care to help, like at checkin. The guy asked for my drivers license, then handed it and my room key to me and said “you’re done”. Nothing else was said! He didn’t confirm my stay details, mention the Wi-Fi, where the water station was, etc. I learned about the water station from another employee on my second night. The hotel is dark in general from the lobby and bar up to the rooms. The hallways were well lit though. Being that it was right at the center of Times Square, it could get loud and night and early morning. The location was convenient to walk to lots of attractions though.
Outdated look but the bed was comfortable and clean
Cabling can be seen as it’s tacked to the wall. This room needs to be updated!
Heater/ac is rusted and the cover fell off during the middle of the night

The room was decently cleaned but it was very dusty in areas like lamps and shelves. The outlets didn’t even work, nothing would connect to them. The staff were nice, that’s the only good thing about this hotel. Oh and the location is very convenient.

This hotel is no close to 4 stars, more of a 2 star hotel, Room is extremely basic. No amenities at all. No kettle, coffee machine, cotton pads, nothing at all. And it is so old, you can see the wood on the door peeling off and scratched all over the bath tub. The water in the bath tub doesn’t drain fast and it’s disgusting. For 2 days, there was no hot water at all. Avoid While the location is excellent, I have to say. The lobby is cool and they have performers every night. Staff are rude

Had a small glitch of having no towels in room upon check in but was fixed quickly. Decent room. Staff was friendly and helpful. We liked that there was a fun vibe in the lobby on the weekend nights with singers and music although it was obviously difficult for the front desk staff as the noise level was high. Overall we liked our stay and the location was great for theater.

The room was the perfect size for me. Very clean, ample towels, good closet space, it was fantastic that the TV pivoted so many ways off the wall. I felt very safe my whole stay. The bellman helped med get a cab upon my departure. The location was perfect in midtown, so close to theaters and Times Square as well as the Port Authority. There was a welcoming feeling in the lobby, with live entertainment each night.

We had a nice stay at the Paramount. With proximity to Broadway and Times Square, it is in a perfect location. The hotel itself has a nice lobby, the room was clean and while amenities were somewhat limited, it was perfectly nice. The staff we dealt with were all friendly and helpful. For a large hotel the elevators always arrived promptly. I would definitely recommend a stay here.
