The bathroom sink leaked onto the floor, the air conditioner leaked and soaked the carpet making the VERY SMALL room even smaller as there were parts we couldn’t use. We also had to make multiple phone calls to get enough towels for the four of us. We were eventually moved to another room which had a broken air conditioner fan. This was repaired. No ammenities in the room. No hair conditioner, no face towel, no fridge. For the price we paid, this hotel was really not up to standard. We wasted so much time on the phone, at the desk and moving our family of four to another room. It impacted on our time in New York City. I am not fussy and don’t complain, but this wasn’t a good experience.

Room was excellent; clean, spacious and very comfortable. Staff was friendly, professional and courteous. Hotel has a great lobby with bar and location is excellent, close to theaters, dining, Times Square and the piers. Highly recommend. Our fourth time there.
