At check-in, we were informed that our room was unavailable. They downgraded us to a room with bunk beds, which was terrible. It was small, dark, and incredibly cramped. I complained, and they “found” us a room that was more like the one we had reserved. However, the paint was peeling off the walls, and the heater didn’t work. The building only has four elevators, so it took about five to eight tries to get on one, which meant a wait of about 10-15 minutes. I strongly advise against this hotel.
