The windows were dirty, there are no kettles, mini-fridges, or any amenities in the room. The phones don’t work to call reception. There is a line in the lobby for the elevators at all times, and the AC in the room didn’t work & they couldn’t “repair it or offer a discount”. The price would have been better spent at any of the nearby chain hotels. Staff was rude - not to me personally & nothing specific that they did nor are those things their fault - I’m guessing they have a lot of complaints though so they were generally defensive and seemed “bothered” by guests. Still not an excuse if you’re in hospitality. If I could have gotten my money back I would have left after the first few Hours.

The room smelled like old cigarettes. The tub did not drain properly. I called to have someone come assist nobody ever came. Shower Water was ice cold. The carpet in the room looked old and dirty. So glad I had slippers and also glad I only stayed one night any longer I would have went crazy. Only good thing was walking distance to Times Square. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

The room was small and we had to request a fridge and a coffee maker. The front desk was definintely stressed. I must commend the Cleaning Ladies were fabulous! And they need to fix the elevators!

Pleased with location and service. Elevators are very slow. Staff very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the baggage holding amenity and wish other guests were nicer to the baggage holding staff as they were very nice.

Good location and decent price for NYC
Hotel is functional and in a great Location. Lobby/Staff etc all helpful. The room/bed etc was clean and the bathroom was spotless. The hotel needs a lick of paint and maybe a bit of TLC but really nothing serious. Only 2x Elevators can be tedious. Sometimes took 5 mins to get down from 17th floor. If you have an "Inside" room the noise from the Aircon system at the bottom of the Hotel's atrium is 24/7 and louder than traffic. Didn't effect our sleep but might for others.

Beautiful hotel! Friendly, and helpful staff. Spacious room with comfy bed, but no coffee maker, microwave or frig in room. Poor lighting in room for seniors. Awesome location for walking to shows, central park, Rockefeller center and more! We would definitely return.

Stayed at property in April on 3rd floor- very clean. This visit I stayed ion the 6th floor. The room was dirty including the hallways. Vacuums are left sitting f in the floor all night. Bathroom was old.
