The staff at the reception was mean and rude. She doesn't even answer the inquiries. She completely ignored us. The surroundings of the hotel are unsafe if you are traveling with kids. They played loud music in the restaurant downstairs and we couldn't sleep during our stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It's not worth for the money.

Radio Hotel makes a beautiful first impression with its Instagram ready, custom-designed rooms, and from a form standpoint, the design of the entire hotel feels slick and ultra-modern. From a functional standpoint, everything feels fragile, and the small rooms sacrifice livability for space - the sliding bathroom door is heavy and doesn't lock, the frosted glass standing shower was leaking in BOTH of our rooms. The first room also didn't have functional AC, which made our first night's sleep non-existent in 90 degree heat. The staff were great at seeing to our needs though, and they addressed the issue with the AC when it was brought to their attention and moved us to another room. The rooms were definitely clean, and the beds were comfy. The on-site restaurant offers a buffet style breakfast that was a little expensive. The neighbourhood was definitely a little sketchy after dark, but overall, it was a stay in New York City that gave us a lot of bang for the buck.

The room was a little strange , reminded me of private hospital room. All sterile white, stained unfinished concrete floor. No asthetics, no chair, no table, no suitcase rack, just a small bedside table, hallways are dimly lit. Ok to sleep for 1 night.
