Best value NYC Midtown hotel.
This is our go-to hotel for NYC - it’s perfectly located, the rooms are a good size and the beds and bedding are great quality so ensure a good nights sleep. The hotel is always spotless and the staff are great. The higher uptown-facing floors can give a great view too! All in all it’s the best value stay in Midtown.

This was our second stay at the Sheraton. Not as good as our last visit but will come back!! The check in/out lines were very long - only two of the front desk kiosks were being utilized. The light in our bathroom mirror was broken. But overall, the facilities are nice and the staff is very friendly!! We'll be back!

The property was in a very convenient area for walk ability, the subway. Great service, very clean. I didn’t like that you had to pay for wifi, and you couldn’t watch football, and the rooms were small. All in all it was a good experience.

Perfect location!! Easy walk to Time Square, Rockefeller square, Central Park. Concierge had great reco for Thaï restaurant. High floors were quiet, clean and comfortable. Security was phenomenal. I left my car key and some clothing in a drawer and only realized it as I was boarding my flight. Took a later flight. Security swiftly went to my room and found my key and clothing. They arranged to have the doorman drive it to me at the airport. Amazing service, (yes of course it cost me but less than having to take Lyft back and forth…half the time as well). I would have recommended the stay solely on the hotel itself but adding that special care and service that went above and beyond. Wow!
