The exceptionally convenient location of The Jewel Hotel is only the second best thing about it. The authentically welcoming and helpful staff is what makes it a true “jewel”. Shout-out to Leslie, Sean, Erick and Krystal at the front desk and the cleaning staff who did everything to make my stay comfortable — even during the blizzard. I appreciate you!
