Courteous staff, clean rooms, located in midtown right next to Central Park, it’s a nice hotel. Just steps away from the subway stations, and away from the craziness that’s is Times Square, it’s a wonderful spot.

Great location. Acadia is a great breakfast option. Try to book in advance and set objectives. We were in a back lot facing room with precious little light which made it feel dingy and a bit claustrophobic. The location is good compensation but not sufficient to pay $400 dollars for a small, dark room.

The room was terrible. It was small and dark (windows faced another building a few feet away). There was hardly any space between the bed and the walls/furniture. We kept hitting our shins on the bed or furniture as we tried to navigate around the room. Worst room by far we’ve stayed in this year (after 60+ nights in hotel rooms around the world). Do not recommend.
