Excellent housekeeping, always reliable and clean. Front desk staff was very kind and courteous. Senior Rodriguez was a daily delight. The lady concierge was so eager to talk with us and let us know the deals of the city. Concierge Bob wouldn’t look up from his phone to speak with us.

Courteous staff, clean rooms, located in midtown right next to Central Park, it’s a nice hotel. Just steps away from the subway stations, and away from the craziness that’s is Times Square, it’s a wonderful spot.
