Great location in Midtown! The staff is friendly and helpful. Property is a little worn down. I booked a room with a balcony and was told no rooms with balcony so I’m wondering if that needs to be fixed on Expedia site.

Great location, really welcoming front of house and nice team working at the Renwick. Bonus is the complimentary coffee and tea in the mornings from 7-10am plus bottled water in room & a water station in the gym to refill your water bottles. We were on 6th floor and got a comp upgrade too which was just so nice. Bed was super comfy and slept so well. very quiet, didn’t hear any noise from the street which is so unusual for New York. We did need to ask to get our room hoovered but they took care of it straight away.

Nice hotel. Only issue was that the curtains let decent amount of light in even when closed which made the room not completely dark at night. Otherwise things were pretty good. Would stay there again.
