While the property was in good condition , the advanced elevator system did not work well and long wait times was the norm . The restaurants seemed to be lightly managed and service was not great and at times disinterested.

Great location and check-in staff. Room was not tidied during our 3 night stay - perhaps I had to request this? 2 coffee machines didnt work, 3rd one did, but no coffee on the first morning - very important for me. Seems a strange thing, but we only got cold water in the morning. Evenings the water in shower and sink was scalding hot no matter which tap we used.
