This is an excellent property, the front desk staff was quite helpful, the location was ideal and close to the airport. The property is clean and there are good choices for dining. One problem is the incident down payment, which was taken as a charge and it took me a while to get it back. I had to call the hotel a few times plus my credit card company. It’s the first time I had such issues. I have stayed in many hotels and within a few days after my stay I was able to see the downpayment back on my card as a credit, however, that was not the case this time, other than that, my stay at the hotel was excellent.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. This hotel was extremely accommodating. They let us check in early, cleaned our room daily, and had water filter available for our use. We traveled with a 6 week old and a 7 year old and the room was spacious and the service couldn’t have been any better. I can’t wait to stay again.

The location was great, only a couple minutes away from the subway. Also some great little bodegas nearby that have food 24/7 that were delicious! The staff were friendly and helpful and the airport shuttle was so convenient. Will definitely be back.

Should a almost 4 star hotel reek of urine?
The minute we walked in the room, the bathroom reeked of urine. The room was really small and crowded, and there was hardly any hand l soap left in our bathroom. The following day, house keeping came to our room while we were getting ready so we told the lady to come back later and told the front desk once again, that we still wanted our room cleaned and that we also told the housekeeper, but wanted to make sure they would send someone. We came back to a dirty room and were upset. Told the front desk and said they would note it and that’s it. We were leaving the next day. We also called for more soap and towels, and the towels came but no soap. We paid the cleaning fee in the total costs but it’s very unfair that we were not serviced nor comped or ANYTHING else. Very disappointed and upset with the quality of our stay. Please choose a different hotel because for the price, you could stay somewhere so much better

The many dining options and activities on the property were very convenient. Upon arrival, Brooklyn was very helpful with a prompt check-in and listing of all the property's amenities. Douglas was courtesy and helpful when obtaining a late night snack in the lobby. Dominick was very informative about check-out and shuttle request to the airport. Not only were the 3 front desk assistants great, but all hotel employees we encountered showed wonderful customer service and made the stay that much better.

This is a nice hotel close to everything. It’s very clean and customer service was excellent. Price was reasonable. Only thing I didn’t like was that it was noisy as there is a rooftop bar up above. I could hear the music from inside our room. I didn’t sleep too well because of it. Guess I’ll do better research next time since we were only there for a night. You also have a variety of restaurants in the same building. Also make sure you validate your ticket and bring it with you when you’re leaving the parking lot or you’ll have to run back to your room because without it, you can’t exit.

Front Desk Douglas was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. This property was really nice, clean, safe and orderly. Easy transportation options into NYC, surrounding areas and states. I spent some time in Connecticut during my stay. My only gripe is that I wasn’t treated very well at the buffet. I wasnt served or serviced at all. I wasted $60 just to be ignored so i just paid, left and never ate there again. Would definitely stay here again though.

Definitely above out expectations. We spend two nights at voco Fiorello in College Point and couldn’t be more pleased by the location, it’s staff, the parking efficiency and the food options. Also the place was supper quiet which is huge for being in NYS. Kudos to Doug (Douglas) at the front desk - he went above and beyond answering all my questions and was very attentive with everything!! Will stay there again
