I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I paid nearly $1400 for four nights, including valet parking, and the service I received was absolutely unacceptable for that price. From the very first night, issues began. The window blinds were broken, so I called housekeeping and maintenance. A staff member showed up, looked at the issue, and said he’d be back. He never returned. I called again the next day and was promised help, but no one ever came. Later that same day, my bathroom sink became clogged and completely unusable. I reported it immediately. The same staff member came, said he’d escalate it to management, and again nothing was done. To make matters worse, housekeeping was almost nonexistent. On multiple occasions, I called after 11 a.m. and was told housekeeping had already left for the day. How is that acceptable at a full-service hotel? This stay was extremely frustrating, and I regret choosing this property. For the price I paid, I expected far better service and basic functionality in my room. I left feeling disappointed, ignored, and frankly, ripped off. I will never stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone. I’m regretting for not taking pictures as evidence; totally skipped my mind.

Beds were comfortable. Staff was excellent! Area was not super safe and Uber prices were outrageous to get anywhere. Dining room staff were superb but terribly overworked. They had one person out front who played the role of hostess, server, busier, and bartender. She was never not there and was broken down to tears once due to customers blaming her for the slow service, which was in no way her fault. A meal was an hour and a half to two hour venture every time.

NOT WHAT IT SEEMS

Staff is friendly, but the online images are deceiving. First, the property is not in a nice or safe neighborhood. If you are driving you MUST pay for their valet, which is a total rip off since they just park it in their parking lot 10ft from the front door. Next, the rooms need a deep clean, repainting, and just remodel. Things were falling apart. Don’t let the Hotels.com pics deceive you.

We were just there for the night so we could get to the airport in a timely manner. The room was very nice and clean. Beautiful bathroom and very comfortable bed. The staff was extremely nice. The only thing we had an issue with was we were not able to have breakfast as there had been an incident (a fight or disagreement) and the dining room was closed down early. That forced us to have to eat at the airport, not something we wanted to do.

The hotel used to be a parking garage but they did a great job transforming it into rooms. Bed was very comfortable and clean room. Had a fridge and microwave which is nice and hot breakfast included. The bar/restaurant was a bonus since we didn’t have transportation and didn’t plan to leave the area. The bartender Jasmine was very pleasant and helpful to where to go to get into the city. The location of hotel is not great as it’s in an industrial area of town.

The staff was fabulous...every single person we encountered was a 10! On the negative side....the coffee maker in the lobby was "down" every day we were there. The breakfast in the am was okay, but missing several items. The shower sprayed water all over the bath (poor, short curtain) and we used all our towels to clean it up each am. No housekeeping, unless requested. Another plus was the shuttle to and from the airport - very well done.
