I loved this hotel. It was beautiful, clean, and the staff were all so pleasant. I also really enjoyed the rooftop lounge area and the bar. The only slight inconvenience was the only parking they provide is valet for a nightly fee.

The airport shuttle took over 30 mins to get to us and up on arrival we found the neighborhood of this hotel to be questionable. We were greeted in the lobby where the coffee machine and women's restroom were out of order. They told us since we were early we could wait on the 9th floor bar/ lounge area for our room to be ready. On our way to the elevator there were some people hanging around the lobby area that didn't seem to be guests. The 9th floor has a nice view, but ultimately after seeing people coming and going out of this place and the location, we booked another hotel. We had to exit the barbed wire fenced parking lot to wait for our Uber and gratefully were taken to a better place closer to MetLife stadium.

To begin with the information they have listed to call for a shuttle to the hotel is apparently incorrect. They have the number to the front desk and they never pick up. The only reason I booked this hotel was the shuttle. Because I was transferring to another hotel in NYC the next morning and I had a late flight. I called the number they list 9 times and no one picked up. I had to pay an uber. Then I checked into a non smoking room that smelled like an ashtray. The only plus is the girl at the front desk expeditiously change my room because of that, but at time of the night, it was another major in convenience. Other than picking the hotel for its closeness to the airport and the shuttle, there is nothing attractive about it. Figure out the shuttle situation before you book because it is whole fiasco.

Comfort In offers complementary breakfast. No coffee we had to wait. I came around the back the young lady was on her phone. I said excuse me like 3 times before getting her attention, no eggs, coffee cups, bagels nor cream cheese. No silverware. The counter was not wiped down at all. The 2 employees were moving in slow motion. The sitting area had maybe 8 people while we waited for coffee and hot water for our tea nothing else as far as breakfast food came out maybe 20 min before the eggs came out and the sausage came after. Other then that the gentleman who checked us in was amazing and our room gets 5 stars Supper clean and, very comfortable.

This is the best place to stay if you're looking for a quiet area. It's not alot of traffic near the hotel and nothing is around it so you wont have to worry about alot of noises. Restaurants/bars are 5-10min driving depending on where you to choose to go or one in the hotel which served good food and drinks. The room I had was very clean

Some bad some good.

I checked ahead of time that the hotel shuttle would be available when we arrived late at night. I was told it was 24hours on demand and just to call when we arrived. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at 1 AM. I attempted to call the hotel and was hung up on or put on hold five times. After 20 minutes we were about to give up and call an Uber when I finally got through. We waited another 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. When we arrived at the property “Tameka“ who clearly doesn’t care about keeping her job, checked us in as slowly as humanly possible. She clearly wasn’t slammed with work at 1 AM since there was no one there and I assume she just couldn’t be bothered to answer the phone. The hotel is recently remodeled, but they did a really cheap job. Floors are bubbling and peeling up everywhere. They’re definitely a tripping hazard. The window also does not have a blackout shade. The breakfast space is beautiful. Unfortunately, the breakfast selection was fairly pathetic. Douglas who was at the desk in the morning was very friendly and courteous.
