Staff was great. Very friendly and accommodating. The room was lacking for several reasons. Found several small shards of broken glass on bathroom floor. Towels looked stained and a bit worn. TV remote was broken so couldn't change channel or adjust volume. One wall of the room had clearly been touched up with paint but it looked like it was done by a 5 yr old. Parking was valet only unless you wanted to park out on the street. Not doing that in Newark. So forked over another $40 for that. Don't recall that being in listing. Whatever cleaner they use in shower caused some minor irritation when the steam from the hot shower created a vapor. Glad the staff was very nice. I stay at a lot of hotels for various reasons. Not being snobby about it. Just expect no broken glass on my bathroom floor. Don't think I'll be staying here again.

This place is ghetto. $30 nightly vallet parking, and no street parking. The vallet desk attendant was screaming at ppl for not realizing the parking was vallet only. She had a nasty attitude. She was loudly on the phone on personal phone call trying to handle things for her daughter which caused a small delay. I was on a time schedule. The signature iPad in the hotels front desk area was dead so I had to wait a little to sign my signature. The remote in my room didn’t work so I couldn’t control the volume or change channel. Some of my towels were used and just refolded. The heat blew cool air and no heat at all in the bathroom. The button for “front desk” on the phone didn’t work. I would never book here again. I was annoyed with the experience.

Room was good for most part but walls and tray table were dirty. Also 10pm call from front desk to check on room was appreciated but could’ve been earlier. Front desk staff was courteous but restaurant staff seemed uninterested.

Room was in good condition. When check it in the rep at the desk helping the previous customer was very rude. We couldn’t get the television to work in the room. Called the front desk and reps states she’s the only one on duty and couldn’t do anything about it but switch rooms. It was late so we decided against it. Maintenance came knocking on the door at 8 am to fix television

Front desk treated me like I was a major inconvenience at check in. Parking was valet only, and operated by a 3rd party. Valet changed my radio stations. And obviously spent more time in my car than they should have.
