Room was very nice! Disappointed the restaurant was closed when I arrived at 8 pm. No dinner :) Breakfast needs an upgrade. Eggs and some fruit would be great!

Maintenance Omar did a spectacular job with upkeep of hotel. Especially during the snow storm. The lobby guy did too! I forgot his name! But they were the only 2 there and they held down the fort!

Room neglected, needs to update their current status of anemities like having their bar/restaurant being renovated, and perhaos some decency with the language when someone is morning the passing of their mother. Check-in was 2/21-2/23. Checked out first thing in the morning. They would not even provide me with a reciept. Stay out of Newark unless part of the airport!

Hotel had great service. Even includes breakfast. Only one complaint parking not included. We received a boot because we parked our vehicle in the lot. They had signs for valet but no one was there to receive the vehicle. If you come to this hotel confirm parking situation before you get booted.
