The hotel is very near train tracks, and the train passes every few minutes, all night long. The quality of the hotel as poor to average. We will not be staying again.

Customer service from Ana was great! Only complaint the ceiling fan in the bathroom was squeaking so loud I had to close the door and the bathroom was cold. I informed Ana to check it out when we checked out. Was only there from Friday to Sunday. We spent most of the day out but if I was there longer I would have had to change rooms because it was constantly squeaking. Overall the stay was good for a last minute trip. I would definitely stay again.

Nice location and view. Took an Uber into NYC. Nice facilities. I just didn’t get the room I signed up for. Front desk lady wanted me to come back down stairs and discuss and I was too exhausted.

Efficient for a nights stay
Our room wasn’t bad - I made the mistake of not checking on the actual site of Hilton to see about the pool - which was under construction. Some others complained that we traveled with about the train that’s near by & some other things - but for us, 1 night & our room - it was great!
