Clog on bath tube

Every thing is fine and clean except clog on bath tube. The water was flown out very slowly. Should be checked before the customers stay in. Breakfast is not good compared with previous hampton inn.

elevator was not working for 2 of 3 days. I should get a partial refund just for that. breakfast buffet ended at 9am on Monday. How is Monday different from Saturday or Sunday? 9:30 or 10:00 would be more reasonable.

clean, modern, staff was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Your employee working the dining area during breakfast on Sunday morning was sooo friendly, kind and cheerful. The gentleman working the front desk(I believe his name was Mr. Butler), did not hesitate to help me with printing an important time sensitive document. I truly appreciate his help and kindness.

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Location is good, near to Broad and Harrison Path station. Hotel is little old so not the best in terms for bed, bathroom. Breakfast in the morning was good enough to get you started.

The front desk staff were very professional and friendly. The professionalism didn't come off as the staff are forced, it appeared genuine. Even the other guests we ran into in the lobby were friendly and kind. Great experience! Looking forward to another stay.
