Nice hotel, housekeeping was great and they were regular. The bathrooms are in need of a refurb but aside from that staff were also friendly and its fairly equidistant from train stations whether you're going to new york or philly.

Staff was very rude and unprofessional, the lady at the desk was very unfriendly. And was more helpful with the white instead of her own kind. Every time I went outside she gave me dirty looks and was saying , um, under her breath. But I could hear her. Even the security guard paroling the hall was rude.

The room was super spacious, the staff was amazingly nice and the amenities were great. The lobby area is beautiful and well kept, breakfast was good and the pool was very nice. Our room was clean (has a couple of issues, Ac unit and the toilet - but a phone call to front desk solved those quickly). We were impressed and would definitely stay again.

The room was clean and worked well for an overnight stay. Nearby Newark Penn Station provides easy access to NYC for the day, but prepare for packed trains. The hotel staff seemed a bit overwhelmed by the high volume of guests during the holiday week between Christmas and New Years.
