Towels were not changed daily. When requested to have room cleaned, no towels, tissues, or glasses were left. Toilet overflowed, but was promptly cleaned. Lobby area furniture was ugly and not functional. The hotel was clean and the employees were nice.

Room was nice and quiet, but wasn't anything special. The desk chair was stained and there was lotion in the shower instead of conditioner. The breakfast was terrible. The eggs were gross, the sausage was over cooked on the outside and undercooked in the middle. They even ran out of forks so everyone was eating with spoons. They did have parking in their lot for 22 bucks a night, but it seemed like they over booked it. The second night we stayed there we got back to the hotel late at night and it was completely ful. After driving around looking for somewhere else to park a spot did open back up and we were able to park there. The staff was ok, but not very friendly. We did use their laundry, which was a nice option for washing some clothes on a long road trip.

The stay was great! Very happy to stay with Hampton Inn & Suites because I was surely satisfied ! Provided with everything in the room, didn’t have to call the desk for anything. Clean and comfortable as well!

Horrible Experience
This was by far the worse experience I’ve ever had at ANY hotel I’ve stayed at in my life! Parking is a jungle and very LIMITED!!!! My family and I needed a weekend getaway and thought this would be a good stay. The room smelled weird upon entry. The card barely worked to get in the room had to attempt multiple times to gain access. The main bed was okay but the pull out couch had bugs in it and a crack pipe…yes a crack pipe that my son picked up not knowing what it was…immediately we made him was his hands…that could’ve been used for anything and to know it was in the couch where my children were going to sleep was crazy and mind blowing to me…the cleanliness was not there. Which caused 4 ppl to sleep in one little bed because they were out of double beds. The toilet you had to hold the handle down for it to flush. I just know I will NEVER EVER EVER book with them again! Very uncomfortable and as far as breakfast goes each time we went to try to get food there was barely anything left. So we ate elsewhere. For as much money as they charge I thought it would’ve been wayyyy better in ALL aspects!!!

I wouldn’t recommend the place.
The fact that you have to pay for parking was an issue particularly when upon asking we were not given any assurance of guaranteed parking, so except for the last night we park someplace else. The side doors didn’t work at all, so you were only able to access the front door, so lots of walking around if you were coming from the outside. Breakfast was mediocre to say the least and coffee run out before 8 am sometimes earlier. I wouldn’t recommend the place.
