The staff were nice and the room was clean with good amenities. Breakfast was included and it tasted okay. My only gripe was not being informed of a security deposit fee (it was $150) at check in but the staff said as long everything was good it would be automatically returned and am still waiting on that

Room and bathroom were outdated. There was a weird smell in the room. Ice maker didn’t work. Women’s restroom in lobby was out of order. Staff was unfriendly and not welcoming. Overall, this hotel is shabby and in need of renovations.
