Room could use a update. Shower curtain was ripped, rug looks stain throughout the room. The pool room was a complete disappointment. It went from being serviced, to extremely cold pool all weekend. My child did not want to swim. The complementary coffee tastes watered down, no matter the type and your limited to one type of flavor cream. A vending machine should also be on site for use, instead of just the high price market.

The communication with the hotel before my arrival in Newark was prompt and was friendly greeted from the front desk attendant. Everything went smoothly from check in and check out. The hotel room was relatively clean with no issues. I would return again.
