Property was well kept and clean. Staff was friendly and mostly helpful. Couldn’t figure out the safe in the room, nor could the front desk. They had engineering call my room which they did within minutes of my call to the front desk, but I was in a rush and had to leave to meet my ride. All in all it was a good stay.

The hotel was lovely and conveniently located. We attended a banquet in the ballroom then stayed overnight to avoiding driving home late at night. The room was furnished nicely, spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. The food, in my opinion, was the only aspect of the hotel in need of some improvement. Not that it was terrible, it just didn't live up to our expectations for dining at a Hilton property. Otherwise, I would highly recommend Hilton Newark Airport if you happen to be in the area.

convenient location. the bathrooms look old, but the rooms are comfortable. Shuttle service from the airport is not stable -had to wait 40 minutes. Breakfast buffet is good, but expensive. Dining room was freezing because of the wind coming from the hotel entrance in December.

Nice breakfast buffet. Rooms are quiet and clean. No shuttle as guaranteed by Expedia from airport. Close to airport but wa a $40 tip fare one way. Not in a walkable area with nearby restaurants. But good choice for overnight hotel for airport travel.

First, not all of the staff are nice. For some reason, there are certain front desk people who had an attitude. I don’t care if it is Jersey, you don’t need to be rude to me. One of the staff switched their “kind” attitude with the white woman until they saw me, a black woman. The parking for this hotel is too expensive and always packed. Better to invest in a different location and walk for a bit. Otherwise, the front desk people will suggest to go to SpotHero (which they know nothing about). Parking that’s longer than 6hrs will be charged $33 . Also let me preface that I went on SpotHero and I was unable to reserve a spot because they were “full”. And the SpotHero is not even a good deal. I stayed four nights and $33 per night equals $132. And the price for SpotHero was about $124. Horrible deal! Therefore, I would suggest parking elsewhere or get a written note by the manager who attempt to help, so you can hold the staff accountable. Lastly, room service was great. They replaced toiletries if needed, took trash, and tidied the beds. My only issue was the lack of trash bags for the trash cans that are in the rooms. I should not have to find a trash bag unless the intent is to spread germs and have even more disgusting trash cans. Stay here if you want but this final encounter left me with a sour taste in my mouth when I checked out. I don’t usually write negative reviews but I felt the need to share this so at least the people know what to expect when visiting here.
