Very clean room and smelled like soap everywhere. Area around the hotel isn’t great, but very close to airport. Would stay again if I go to an event at MetLife, or need a quick night before/after a flight.

The lady at the front desk provided terrible service during check-in. Upon arriving, I was surprised to learn that I had to pay a $20 parking fee, which was not mentioned anywhere during the reservation process. When I questioned her about this, she threatened to cancel my reservation. I then asked to speak to her superior, but she informed me that no one else was available and simply handed me a business card to call her supervisor. This all happened at 2 a.m., making the experience even more frustrating. Her behavior was unprofessional, and the customer service was poor. She should be trained on how to handle customers properly instead of threatening them

The staff starting with the shuttle driver Jose was awesome! The breakfast was pretty good with various options. The receptionist/front desk (Nu) was always friendly and kind. Overall the staff was great and attentive. Not sure of the area we spent most of our days in the city not in the immediate area.

Very spacious and close to the airport but when you get to the hotel its very difficult not walking distance to anything and i had to uber to the hotel but my uber had difficulty locating the area. 24h shuttle to the airport was amazing and the best part of the experience

Breakfast was a disappointment. They serve breakfast 7-10 , (two day stay) both days I can down for breakfast around 8:30 am, the buffet was limited, if you are advertising as breakfast available until 10 am then I think all options should be available for everyone not limit the amount of eggs for only the early birds, anticipate and have more available. The tables were filthy, they never clean or wipe them down for the revolving number of customers, just disappointing.

The desk clerk was very friendly and efficient during checkin. I was also impressed with new condition and cleansliness of the hotel. The breakfast we very good. My oonly complaint was the traffic in the area was a racetrack so acess and egress was a challenge.
