The property is so nice and comfortable and convenient. The parking is great for both normal and electric car. Especially yummy breakfast including in the booking, value for the money.

First, positives: spacious room, non-carpeted floors (cleaner), staff doing their best considering the obvious short staffing, breakfast was good, ok indoor pool. Spent two nights there. As soon as we went into the room (accessible 315), family member took a shower, the bathroom was flooded with water which was blamed on us asking for accessible and were told it is normal. We had accessible rooms in the past and never experienced this issue. Water would run into the side away from the drainage hole, creating a large water puddle which was very unsafe. When I brought it up to hotel staff, they recommended using towels to dry the water. We were 4 people and stayed two nights, spent quite a bit of time drying the floor after every shower to ensure the floor was dry and no towels on the floor to trip on. Another issue was an on and off buzzing sound near the window coming from the electrical window covering. When brought up to the staff, they sent someone there while we were not in the room, we were told it was fixed, then as soon as we went back, it started all over. We had to call and discuss this issue several times, showed them videos of the sound, before the manager came up and unplugged the outlets. Most lobby chairs were stained with food. No towels in the pool unless you ask. I asked for coffee for the room since it was not restocked. was told they were out of regular coffee, only had decaf..... Disappointing, not relaxing stay.

The property is new. Just about a year. I’ve stayed here before. Positives are: friendly staff. Free parking. Just off the interstate but not noisy. Breakfast is decent. Negatives unfortunately are longer: housekeeping us subpar. They don’t clean daily. But even when they do there is dust and dirt from previous guests. There is no laundry. (Very surprised!!)

We were coming here since they opened! The electric chargers are kind of a pain to use, but we appreciate them being there. Breakfast is always good! And the best part is free parking! I don’t know how all these Bay Area hotels get away with charging people to park at their own property.

Another Great Stay!
We just love this hotel and would return whenever we want to stay in the Newark area. Staff are accomodating early/late check out request(Sonia is getting warmer to us each visit), hotel is well kept, breakfast variety is great, 5th floor view is amazing especially during sunny days, indoor pool is perfect even for the cold nights. Not a lot of parking for the amount of units, but hotel staff are very understanding if you have no choice but to take up a "clean car" spot as the last resort. They even have a cute pom puppy acting as a mascot, but it was not there to greet us this time. Hopefulky, we'll see it again in thr next month or two when we return. :)
