Staff was great and very accommodating! We had an issue with our room and they swapped us out with ease! Everyone was friendly. I forgot to checkout and when I called back they had already handled everything for us.

No hot water
The only issue I had was my shower had no hot water but the staff gave me access to the un occupied room next door to use the shower without having to move rooms completely. Worked out perfect

We had a nice stay. The hotel was very nice overall; friendly staff, nice sized rooms, comfy beds, clean and spacious bathrooms, extra toiletries, and amenities.

With staff help, a glitch in our reservation for THREE beds was switched to HC two-bedded room. Luckily, a rollaway was available for no extra charge. Pool was lovely. We were welcomed to play our board games in breakfast area. Breakfast was very nice and complete.
